I got up and the first thing I saw was the royal dragon. I was in shock. It was real and alive. I looked at Jake and still, he had his blank look. Then the elf spoke English.

“Now that you have seen the royal dragon I have to kill you!” the elf said in a cheerful tone. After hearing that I was about to bolt to the exit but nooooooo. Jake grabbed the collar off by shirt and still said nothing.

“That is the holy hell are you doing. She's going to kill us we need to get out of here and fast!” I told him but he just looked at me and then back at the elf.

“That elf isn't real. It's an illusion don't be fooled.” Jack said coldly. I was so close to punching his stupid face. Then the elf disappeared. It was an illusion.

“How- how did you know?!” I asked surprised.

“I could see the reflection off the illusion,” Jack told me. I was so done with this right now. Then the real elf came out and it was a dude.

“Well done. Im glad you are not as incompetent as I thought. But you do must leave before the elf force gets here.” the elf said. And I was so damn close to just walking off the side of the cliff im so done with these twists and turns.

“Can something please make sense for once…” I mumbled under my breath. The elf turned his head to me and spoke.

“Im sorry does something not make sense?” he asked. I was trying to process how in the hell he heard me.

“Well a lot has happened in my life the past few months and none of it has been making sense it's not just this situation,” I told him. Before I could say anything else the elf spoke again.

“If you say so. My name is Leo by the way. And Alex can I talk with you? Away from Jack?” he asked. I was a bit suspicious but went to talk with him. As I walked away from Jack I looked back at him and his face looked… jealous. Why? Weird.
