Before Elizabeth could stand proudly on her graduation day, she endured some of the toughest times imaginable. Among the most pressing challenges were her financial struggles, which threatened to derail her dreams at every turn.Elizabeth's finances were stretched thin. She took on multiple part-time jobs to support herself while keeping up with the demanding coursework. She worked as a barista in the mornings, a tutor in the afternoons, and a waitress on weekends. The long hours left her exhausted, but she pushed through, determined to make it to graduation.

To save money, Elizabeth made countless sacrifices. She often skipped meals, relying on instant noodles and free snacks from work. Her clothes were second-hand, and she walked instead of taking public transport whenever possible. Despite these hardships, she remained focused on her goal, knowing that every penny saved brought her closer to her dream.

During one particularly tough month, when her rent was overdue, and she had bills piling up, Elizabeth reached out to her eldest brother, Nathan.
Though they didn't talk often, Nathan had always been a reliable support. "Hey, Nathan, I hate to ask, but I'm in a bit of a bind," Elizabeth said, her voice tinged with embarrassment.Nathan's response was immediate and reassuring. "Lizzy, you don't have to explain. The tension was palpable, both in the classroom and during Sunday services.
