Now, after hours, days and even weeks of crying your eyes may now look like you're stung by a bee. But you know what? It doesn't really matter. What matters is, you were able to acknowledge your pain and let it all out.

Second step: JOT DOWN YOUR THOUGHTS

This really isn't easy for everyone but this is not about making poems of love and anger or even melancholic proses. This is about channeling your emotions somewhere. Just write anything that you may think of. Sentences, paragraphs and even a few individual words that may come up in your mind is fine. If it's hard for you to write, you can draw, scribble, doodle and even write down patterns that holds a lot of emotions no matter how abstract looking it may get. If you're not content with just writing, you can crumple those papers and scratch you just used and even burn them. JUST MAKE SURE YOU'RE BURNING OUTDOORS, FOR SAFETY PURPOSES.
