"And you're selfish 'cause you always think your ass is always right"
"I wonder when the other two will arrive, they are taking so long." You whined, sprawled on your bed looking up the celling.
"jeez you're so impatient." Shoko comments. She was sitting at the foot of the bed, scrolling on her phone. Unlike you who was hoping Satoru and Suguru would arrive soon, she hoped they would arrive very late.
"it's almost midnight!" you say groaning, rolling around your bed in boredom. You as usual invited the usual people to your common sleepovers but Utahime and Mei Mei was busy, Nanami and Haibara were busy at a mission far leaving it just being you, Shoko, Suguru and Satoru this time.
For whatever, though, the two boys were taking forever to arrive and usually they were both early, earlier than Shoko at least.
You hoped they would arrive soon. You sorta had the smallest crush of Shoko, it can't be helped she is literally so pretty and cool. Only thing you don't like about her is that she smokes.
You remember telling Suguru one time that the one thing that'll immediately get you to stop liking someone is if they smoke but it's literally Shoko, who can hate her.
"You should stop, you'll get dizzy." Shoko says glancing up from her phone to look at you. You pout knowing she's right but continue anyways even though you feel like vomiting, this annoys her.
"I said stop." she says going on her knees to grab your ankles, disabling you from rolling. You sit up and place your hands on hers.
"let go" you whine to her trying to pry hands off your ankles but she had a strong grip on them. You were stronger but you liked having her touch you in anyway.
"Only if you promise not to roll like that again, I don't want you to get sick." Shoko stayed and you nodded in agreement. She worries about you too much, especially since the recent death of your little brother.
Instead of letting you go as soon as you agreed she just stared at you and you did as well before both of you could realise you were both leaning towards each other.
The atmosphere changed and at that moment you could only think of the female in front of you who was always cool. It seemed as though you would kiss and you honestly wnated it to happen.
The butterflies in your stomach are now going wild and you wished this moment lasted forever but nothing ever goes your way.
As your lips were about to connect with hers the moment came to an abrupt end when the door to your dorm slammed open causing both you and Shoko to jump back pretending to do something else.
