Wondering about the abrupt ending? I was too, for quite a long time infact. But that's how dreams are. They don't always end the way we want. They might not always hold an explanation within. But what they do contain, is the ability to leave a lasting impact on the dreamer's mind. As a child, I've always been intrigued by the fact that the Devil, perhaps like God, exists somewhere within us. It is fascinating how this world that we have constructed, we know so little about. These norms, these obligations, they were set by someone we never knew and are being followed by us even now. My mind has always been a dark space, wondering about things I shouldn't mention. This story was just a piece of it, for some reason I believe I've failed to do justice to it while writing it down for it was so magnificent, I wonder if I'd ever be able to describe it to someone as such.
