Taehyung's Obsession

Taehyung slumped onto his bed, surrounded by the familiar walls of his room. He had been grounded for what felt like an eternity, with no end in sight. His mind wandered, searching for a way to escape the prison his mother had created. He was bored, restless, and desperate for adventure.

That's when he saw it - a magazine lying on his nightstand, featuring a stunning photo of South Korea's bustling streets

That's when he saw it - a magazine lying on his nightstand, featuring a stunning photo of South Korea's bustling streets. He was captivated by the vibrant colors, the unique architecture, and the energy of the city. He had always been fascinated by different cultures, and Korea's was no exception.

A sudden idea struck him. "Mom, send me to Korea!" he exclaimed, bounding into the kitchen where his mother was preparing dinner.

Ms Kim choked on her water, nearly spitting it out. "Do you think I'll send you there, Taehyung?" she asked, her voice laced with disbelief. "You're grounded, remember? You're not going anywhere, especially not halfway around the world."

Taehyung crossed his arms, his face set in a stubborn expression

Taehyung crossed his arms, his face set in a stubborn expression. "Why not? I'm bored here, and I want to experience something new. I promise I'll be good, I'll study hard, and I'll even learn Korean!"

His mother raised an eyebrow. "You're bored? That's no reason to send you halfway around the world! You need to learn to find excitement in your own life, not constantly seek out new thrills."

But Taehyung was determined. He started throwing tantrums, stomping his feet and shouting until his mother was at her wit's end. "It's not fair! You never let me do anything! I hate my life here!"

Ms Kim sighed, her patience wearing thin. "Taehyung, stop this instant! You're not going to Korea, so get that out of your head! You need to focus on your studies and your behavior, not constantly dream about running away."

But Taehyung refused to back down. He continued to beg and plead, his obsession with Korea growing by the minute. He spent hours researching the country, learning about its history, culture, and language. He even started teaching himself Korean, determined to prove to his mother that he was serious.

As the days turned into weeks, Taehyung's behavior only grew more erratic. He became withdrawn and sulky, refusing to do his homework or help around the house. His mother was at a loss for what to do, desperate to find a solution to her son's behavior.

And then, one day, she stumbled upon an idea. She would send Taehyung to Korea, but not as a reward - as a punishment. She would enroll him in a strict language academy, where he would be forced to study hard and behave. It was the perfect solution, she thought. Taehyung would learn discipline and responsibility, and she would finally get some peace.

But Taehyung had no idea what was in store for him. He was about to embark on a journey that would change his life forever, a journey that would test his limits and push him to his breaking point.

The Unexpected Twist

Taehyung's eyes widened in disbelief as his mother dropped the bombshell. "You can go to Korea, Taehyung," she said, her voice firm but hinting at a hidden agenda.

Taehyung's heart raced with excitement. "Really, Mother? You'll let me go?" He couldn't believe it. He had been dreaming of this moment for years, and now it was finally happening.

But as he looked into his mother's eyes, he saw a glint of determination. She wasn't just sending him to Korea for fun; she had an ulterior motive. Taehyung's mind raced as he tried to figure out what she was thinking.

Madame Kim nodded, a sly smile spreading across her face. "Yes, but it's not going to be a vacation, Taehyung. I've enrolled you in a language academy. You'll be studying hard and learning discipline."

Taehyung's face fell, his excitement deflating like a punctured balloon. "A language academy? But, Mother, I thought..." He had envisioned himself exploring the streets of Seoul, trying new foods, and learning about the culture. Not stuck in a classroom.

Ms Kim's expression turned stern. "I thought it was time for you to learn some responsibility and discipline, Taehyung. You've been getting too wild and reckless lately. This academy will straighten you out."

Taehyung's mind raced as he tried to process his mother's words. He had been so sure she would never let him go to Korea, and now...now she was sending him to a language academy? It didn't make sense.

But Ms Kim was not finished. "And, Taehyung, I've spoken to the academy's director. They have a special program for troubled teens like you. You'll be in good hands."

Taehyung's eyes narrowed, suspicion growing in his chest. What kind of program? And what did she mean by "troubled teens"? He felt like he was being sent to some kind of reform school.

But before he could protest further, his mother handed him a ticket and a pamphlet. "Your flight leaves tomorrow, Taehyung. Pack your bags and get ready for a new chapter in your life."

Taehyung took the ticket and pamphlet, his mind reeling with thoughts. He felt like he was being sent to his doom, not to a new adventure. But he knew his mother was not one to be trifled with. She had made up her mind, and that was that.

As he walked back to his room, Taehyung thought to himself, "No one can stop Kim Taehyung." He was determined to make the most of this opportunity, even if it wasn't what he had envisioned. Little did he know, his life was about to take a dramatic turn, one that would change him forever.

Over the next few hours, Taehyung packed his bags and said goodbye to his friends. He was filled with a mix of emotions - excitement, nervousness, and a hint of rebellion. He knew he was in for a wild ride, but he was ready to take on whatever came his way.

As he boarded the plane, Taehyung felt a sense of liberation wash over him. He was finally free from his mother's grasp, and he was ready to take on the world. Or so he thought.

The flight was long and grueling, but Taehyung was too excited to sleep. He spent the hours watching movies, listening to music, and thinking about his future. What would the language academy be like? Would he make new friends? And what kind of adventures awaited him in Korea?

As the plane landed in Seoul, Taehyung's heart raced with excitement. He was finally here, in the land of his dreams. And he was ready to take on whatever came next.

But little did he know, his mother had a few tricks up her sleeve. The language academy was not what it seemed, and Taehyung was in for a rude awakening.
