All mi know seh is Spanish Town me inah. Sheldon been a drive up and down the place and have we a walk inna strange looking buildings.

Honestly me deeven wah know which pah me deh.

I continued walking with Sheldon and almost at every corner me see some yute wid gun.

Weh dah man really have mi doh Jesus.

Walking quietly beside Sheldon, trying hard to keep up with his long strides, I took in my environment.

Sheldon was on the phone loudly "So Dave tell me a wah gwan, cause not even 10 mins good since me leff unuh, me a get call bout dis fuckry."

"Me a step in yah now, while Sis do har thing we talk." I overheard him saying then hanging up the phone.

We stepped through a wooden door and walked inside.

Den ppl in here look like one proper government owned medical facility enuh.

If me nah fi use my things, me nah use it enuh. Afta dem nah pay me fi dis. I thought to myself while scanning the room.

"Woieee!! look how unuh have me man get shot up!." I overheard someone screaming.

Same time I heard Sheldon kiss him teeth "Aye Keisha nuh badda wid eh noise a me head."

Oh a him ooman dis.

"Why she even still deh here." Sheldon said.

But dat neva stop her, she still deh deh a carry on bad.

"Dave talk to me." Sheldon said looking at a guy that stood by the bed, of which I assumed was the Don.

"Alright so after you left, and we a get ready fi leave, nuh one black mark x just drive up and start fire shot." Dave said explaining what had happened.

"Woieee mi baby" came another scream from Keisha as she threw herself on the floor.

"Chro me deveen know why Nino still a entertain har enuh all she do a just latch on to man fi money." Dave said screwing up him face.

"Man dem, one a unuh bring her go har yard fi me deh." Sheldon said turning to speak to the group of men.

I turned my head to the side and started to take in Dave, I noticed that a bullet had grazed him in his arm.

"When mi finish wid him, me will take a look on you. Okay." I said to him.

"Ahh thanks lil sis. The name is David, but you can just call me Dave." He said to me

"Okay kl, my name is Shanice." I responded.

"Mi know man, know bout you from long time, your bredda just neva wah bring you round." He said smiling. "Which me understand cause we a bad influence."

"So wah bout now?" I asked smiling.

"Still bad influence babes." He responded smirking.

I just laughed and shaked my head.

I walked over to the bed of the Don, and took in everything.

I gently took off what was left of his shirt.

Well blood and such a side. Man look well nice.

Can understand why miss lady did a gwan suh.

Focus Shanice

So 2 gunshot wound and I'm only seeing one exit wound. Let's hope that bullet not lodged anywhere causing problems.

Turning to a sink I saw in the corner, I washed my hands, then gathered my tools to get started.

"Sis, me outside wid Dave. If you need anything just ask one of did man dem." He said turning to me.

"Alright kl." I responded as they walked away.

I used my two fingers to feel for his pulse.

Just fi make sure a nuh dead smaddy dem have me patch up.

Well pulse low and thready but can work wid.

I spent the next 2 hours working on removing the bullet and ensuring his vitals were stabilized.

"Alright so make sure he takes them twice daily, after a meal." I told Dave handing him the bottle of painkillers, I had brought with me.

"And make sure he takes it easy." I said giving him a knowing look. "In about a week time, he should be good."

"Ah." He responded.

"Come let me look at your arm." I told him.

Luckily he had on a short sleeved shirt, so he didnt have to take it off.

"Alrite you that, just keep cleaning it like how me tell you." I told him wrapping his arm.

"Thanks Sis." He said giving me a side hug.

With one last look at Nino, I turned and walked out the building. Sheldon was waiting outside to carry me home.

Shanice's Townhouse - 7am

Alrite Home Sweet Home.

Is a good thing I was off for the weekend.

Bwoy the upcoming week ago rough doh.

Ensuring my door is closed properly, I turned off the lights downstairs and then headed up to my room.

Taking off my crocs and putting my scrubs in the hamper. I walked in the bathroom.

After showering and getting dressed in a shorts and one of my brother's big shirts. I sat on my bed lotioning my body.

Rass me deveen check mi phone.

Looking down at it I realised Kim had left a message bout an hour ago.

Kim🌸 : Sheldon with you? He isnt answering his phone.
Me : Yeah he needed my help with sumn in Spanish Town.
Me : Me reach home like a good 30 mins ago, so him soon reach.

I got up turned off the lights in my room then placed my phone on the desk beside my bed, then went to sleep.
