I can't open my eyes fuck. Why is the world so much brighter, God am I dead? Why is there so much knocking in my head? Sometimes I wonder why my mind is a literal garbage of thoughts. Why do I think so much? 

"I JUST WANNA SLEEP, LET ME SLEEP ASH!" I scream as I look for a pillow to throw at my sister's face but I push something and a loud horn beeps and I open my eyes. Fuck my life. My head hurts, turns out the knocking is not in my mind but it's some weirdo knocking on my car window without pausing to breathe. I look to my side and OH MY GOD. 

Why is this guy so hot? Am I finally in heaven? I roll down my windows and look into his eyes. Damn, I want his eyelashes. "Yes?" I ask. 

"Do girls not know how to drive?" he replies. 

"Excuse me?"

"You crashed my car? Are you drinking and driving? And you gotta pay for the damage."

"Wait wait wait" I let out a chuckle. "First of all  'I'  didn't crash into you, it was YOU who didn't care enough to give a signal while taking a turn. How the fuck am I supposed to know that you're taking a turn. And no I'm not drinking and driving ?"

"Well, you shouldn't rush while driving you know. Even if I gave you a signal, you wouldn't have noticed because you were too busy racing me" he rolls his eyes.

"OKAY miss sassy princess, I wasn't racing with you, I was fucking late for my school and I have a math test, I'm sorry if I'm trying to save myself an embarrassing moment in front of the whole class when I get the lowest mark. And who races at 8:30 in the morning?" I say with a disgusted face. Are boys really this dumb? 

"Well some people do" he shrugs. "Pay for the car damage." 

"Stop assuming shit princess, and it was both of our faults. Why should I pay?" 

He sticks a sticky note from his car to my forehead. "Call me. we will discuss this later, I'm late because of you." he points at me. "Don't call me a princess."

Remember when I said he's hot? I take it back. "Are you flirting with me? And why would I call you?" I ignore his words. 

He snatches my car charm and says, "Now you will." He walks to his car and drives away before I can process what just happened. 

I turn my car on and continue driving since I have 5 mins to get to school and now I will definitely be late. God Lily is going to kill me, I'm so late. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO ME.

I rush to the class hoping the teacher hasn't arrived yet. As I am running, I get to the door and slip. I almost fell but I balanced myself out but ouch my knee got hurt because of the door frame. I check if it is bleeding and it is but it doesn't hurt much so I ignore it. I look up. He's standing at his desk, giving me a death glare. "HEY MR.RAY, how are you? doing great?" I say in a high-pitched voice, hoping he would excuse me for being late. 

"Three marks reduced from your results for being late. No arguments. Go sit at your desk." he says ignoring me. 

At this point, I just sit quietly thanking god it's only three marks. If I argue with him then I better say bye-bye to my senior year.  I started solving the questions placed in front of me. The questions are comparatively easier than I thought. 

The bell rings and I release a sign of relief. I look over my shoulder to see Lily but she ignores any eye contact. I shove my books into my bag and follow Lily as she storms out of the class. "Lily! wait please." I call her out. I'm practically chasing her and a shoulder bumps into my shoulder and slows down my little jog towards my best friend. I ignore the shoulder bump but I suddenly feel a tingly sensation on the pinky finger of my right hand. "Spiderwomen much Scarlett?" I say to myself. 

I finally caught up with Lily. "Lils, I'm so sorry. I was at Aiden's doing the prank I told you about but then I saw him with the girl he apparently hated and then we argued as always but then you called and I immediately was on my way back but then I was crying and I wasn't careful on the road and got into a teeny tiny accident then this arrogant sassy princess of a man started demanding me to pay for his damage and I started thinking how dumb he is, I also thought he was hot but he was so-" 

"SCARLETT BREATHE." she holds my shoulder with both of her hands. "I'm not mad chill." 

"You really are used to me continously talking aren't you?" I ask. 

"Would've lost my hearing senses if I wasn't" she shrugs. 

"I love you so much." I give her a tight hug while jumping but she smacks my hand away.

"WAIT YOU GOT INTO AN ACCIDENT?!" she screams at me. 

"Yes but it was a small accident, I didn't get hurt."

"Doesn't matter, an accident is an accident. Your parents will kill you if they get to know. Anyway, tell me what happened." 

I open my mouth but then hide myself behind her short height hoping he doesn't see me. The universe is for sure testing me today.
