Chapter Two; Breakfast and Hokage

~First Person~
*Naruto*

I woke up to the birds chirping. My tail wrapped around me protecting me from any light that the leaves and branches above me might have let through. My arm was sore from the punch I had received from Sakura after I had accidentally insulted her. 'I didn't mean to! I wanted to insult Sasuke but I forgot Sakura was a cat so I ended up insulting both of them!' and having a fast panther and a super strong kitten after you is a nightmare. I shiver for a moment as I remembered yesterdays torture. Luckily I am snapped out of it by a familiar voice.

"Oi Naruto! If you don't get out here Daisuke and I are going to eat your breakfast!" The demon of a fox known as Sora screeches from outside, making my ears want to bleed. Before I process what she had yelled and race out of the den while sending bits and pieces of my nest flying.

I leap as soon as I see my two guardians huddled around what looks to be the remains of an octopus. I landed heavily on Sora who gave a loud yelp as we tumbled to the ground. Making sure I gave a loud battle cry, "Octopus!" Sora lands heavily on her back, knocking the wind out of her while I land on her stomach. I roll off her an make a dive for the octopus taking a large bite of it.

When Sora recovers she is on her feet glaring as I shoved octopus into my mouth. Snarls escaping her mouth like a rabid fox. A low hiss is emitted as she whispers, "Naruto". I instantly react knowing I only have seconds to prepare myself. I grab the octopus and quickly jump up and just as she leaps I race off leaving a cloud of dust behind me; Sora hot on my trail screaming about giving her the octopus and about a "ungrateful brat."

Meanwhile a blond haired male sat where the octopus once was. Blinking yellow eyes staring at the spot his sister and the child he was told to protect where last before they ran. "I was the one who caught the octopus though."

I let out a screech as I was tackled to the ground by the older female fox. Her fox eyes glaring me down as I wiggle trying to escape. "Don't even try you little brat!" Sora's eyes flashing dangerously as she glares down at me.

I let out a gulp but by doing so I loosen my grip on the octopus. Sora notices and rips the octopus away from me with her strength. She the stands up and stalks over to her brother. I give out a small whine before pushing myself to my feet and heading over to Daisuke and the witch.

When I get there I flop down and give the octopus in Sora's grasp a longing look, 'Why must fate be so cruel and have this she-demon be my cousin.' I eyed Sora as a frown slips onto my face. Sora notices my stare and rolls her eyes before turning to her brother.

"Dai you mind taking the brat over to the Hyuuga's territory's? I have to watch over some genins today." My brows furrow.

"What's a Hyuuga?" Sora and Daisuke look at me, Sora looks slightly annoyed while Daisuke looks amused. Sora gives a small snort.

"Seriously Naruto? You want to be the next Hokage but you don't even know who the Hyuugas are!" She gives me a half glare but turns it to her brother when he flicks her with his tail. He gives her a smile before turning back to me.

"The Hyuugas are one of the bigger packs in the Leaf Clan. They are close to our pack and really want you to meet the next leader." He gives me a smile, "Part of the reason is because they want our packs to continue to get along but also because the future head is an omega and you are an alpha and they are hoping that the two of you might be compatible." I give a small nod giving Daisuke my best pleasing face.
