Welp, read on.
Third Person POV: (omniscient)
Olympus:
A bright white light filled the throne room of the Olympians.
It was a beautiful room. There were 12 thrones, one for each of the Olympians.
The 2 in the middle of the 'U' shape belonged to Zeus and Hera. Both were made from Marble and Gold. They were simple thrones but the closer you were to them, the more you would see the intricate patterns carved in, on Hera's of marriage, and unity, on Zeus's Thunderstorms, and lighting bolts. And of course both had all the Olympians carved in somewhere on the throne.
On the right side were the male thrones (-Dionysus).
The third throne, was more like a fishing chair. It had a hole in the armrest where you would normally put a fishing rod, but for this one, a sea-green trident with gold tips shimmered in the light. Again on this throne there were intricate carvings, this time, of sea creatures.
The fifth throne was blood red. On the head of the throne there was an attachment of a stone boar head. There were bloody chains hanging from the side, and an emergency weapon on each side. The patterns on this one showed gruesome scenes of war, but also included the feelings of euphoria as victory was tasted, and the despair as defeat fell on your back.
The seventh was bright, but not obnoxiously so. It seemed to reflect the sun perfectly. If the sun was hidden by clouds so was the throne. It had many different patterns of suns across it. And of course the sun chariot. The god had also chosen to get Helios the former sun deity carved in. And as one final tribute to his fallen children, their names were carved in.
The ninth was metal. What type. No idea. It seemed to be every type of existing metal fused into one throne. There was a work table attached to it. There were chimney pipes blowing little puffs of smoke every once in a while. There wasn't much to say except it was simple, not the best looking, but somehow in it's own way beautiful an eye-catching.
The eleventh and final on the right side, was a simple camping chair. Except it had compartments and pockets everywhere, yet no added bulk. Perfect for thieves. A shoebox had been hastily tucked underneath, a lone feather peeking out.
On the left side of the throne were the female thrones.
The fourth throne belonged to the goddess of agriculture. It was beautiful. It was a a wicker chair, with wheat and other grains weaved in. There were seeds, and soil, yet nothing ever got dirty. It smelled of sunny days, and perfect harvests, but also the lurking threat of plagues, and famine.
The sixth throne was ivory. It was a chair that radiated dominance. Almost as if saying 'I'm the smart one, listen to me and shut up'. There were compartments for scrolls, a pen holder, rulers, notebooks, and of course an electric pencil sharpener. A throne ft for the smarty pants.
The eight, was silver. As the moon was not out it was rather dull. It was an exact copy of the sun gods throne except for the fact that well, there was a moon, Selene was carved in, as were the names of fallen huntresses were carved in. And of course all the constellations.
