Chapter 3

Aaron's POV:

Holy Crap, we basically have half of the lodge cleaned up. Considering how fast this is going by I could probably be home in 2 days.

"All the rooms are officially done!" Lucinda Yells.

"Wait are you serious?" Kim yelled back.

(I decided to change up the way they talk)

Lucinda: Yeah I am! Why?

Kim: I'm done with the reception area

Garroth: Wait! But I'm done with my part of the lodge.

Me: Well I'm definitely done with my part!

Lucinda: DOES THIS MEAN WE ARE DONE?

Kim: Please tell me it is!

Me: I think it does!

Garroth: LETS GOOOOOO!

Me: I say we sleep tonight, get well rested. Then tomorrow we can look at the internet at plumbing.

Garroth: And if it's perfect..?

Lucinda: WE LEAVE!

Me: What Lucinda said!

Kim: Yay!

Me: Everyone wash up, I'm making dinner!

Garroth: Thanks Aaron!

I go over to the kitchen and starts cooking, thank god we have food here. I make some meat and mashed potatoes.

Kim: Is food ready?

Me: Speak of the devil, just finished. Wanna be my taste taster?

Kim: Oh sure!

Kim sits down and takes a bite of the food, I hope she likes it. This is the first time she's ever tried my cooking.

Kim: WOAH! This is really good Aaron!

Me: Thanks Kim!

Kim: Aaron can I just say, thank you so much for letting me come. I know at first I was all jumpy because of the wolves, but I really do cherish these memories. Now that I've gotten to know you as a person, I do consider a friend.

She gives me an awkward smile and then hides her face, she's probably embarrassed.

Me: No need to be embarrassed. I chuckle

Kim: How did you know?

Me: I can just tell. And at first I was a little confused on why Garroth wanted to invite you. But nonetheless you really did help out to speed up this process. And now I get to take Aphmau to starlight because of your help. And don't tell anyone but I'm getting tickets for everyone else too. That includes you :)

Kim: Aweee Aaron you're so sweet.

A few minutes later the rest of the crew decides to finally join us.

Lucinda: sooo what's on her menu.

Me: Here.

Lucinda: Oh, Thanks!

Garroth: Looks good!

All of us sit down together, and for the first time in a while all of us are laughing.

Garroth is telling us stories of high school, and I can tell for sure he was embarrassing Kim like hell.

Lucinda was talking about her witchcraft and how "amazing" she is. She is very talented, but she tends to brag.

Kim told us a lot about herself to get to know her, she is actually a very interesting person and has dabbled in magic before.

And of course I was asked all sorts questions about how I was going to ask Aph to marry me. And where I was going to do it, and what I was going to say.

The night was really fun and I enjoyed it.

All you could hear was laughter..
