《Sam》

"Can't you believe it? 11 fucking hours!" I complained to my coworker, Amanda.
"That's what you signed yourself up for.... oh shit, I forgot! My house has a new spirit, apparently. I talked to her! She's super sweet, and her names Pepper!" Amanda smiled and did little jumps.
"Introduce me to her! I would love for her to know me..." I responded to her. Luckily, I had already worked about 5 hours, and sadly, Amanda's shift was about to end.
"I don't think I'm gonna survive with out u here bae." I complained while reeling my head back.
"It's ok, you'll mak-" She was suddenly cut off by gunshots. Her and me quickly ducked down, being used to being robbed.
"GET THE FUCK DOWN!! HANDS FUCKING UP!" Screams echoed throughout the grocery store. Me and Amanda quickly huddled together under my desk. We heard gunshots and multiple pairs of running feet.
"Where the fuck is the cashiers?!" Someone yelled. I tapped Amanda's leg, whispered I love you to her, and stood up from under the desk. I was immediately met with a clown mask.
"Empty the god damn register, or I'll put one between your eyes." I was surprised when I heard a women's voice. I mumbled a yes ma'am, and took every cent out of the register.
"Hm... your a pretty one... Boss, come look at 'em." She talked into a walkie talkie.
"Better make it worth my while, D." A deep, and husk voice ringed out of the walkie talkie.
"You stay put, hun. He'll be here in a sec." Her voice got slightly softer. "Thanks for not being a pain in the ass like all the other people we've robbed." She put the gun too far away for me to reach, but close enough to her to shoot me in a millisecond.
"You're welcome! Not my first... or my second, or third, or fourth... time being robbed." Her and me giggled lightly.
The sound of heavy boots clunked on the tile floor. I looked up to be met with another mask, except it was a doll one. Their purple hair poked out from under the mask, giving it a unique look. They had a tight fitted shirt, showing their abs and defined chest. From what I could tell, they were a guy.
"Jesus, you weren't wrong... Hey there, beautiful..." He slowly walked around the counter. It was the same voice I heard through the walkie talkie.  I gulped, and looked up at the man. His jawline was sharp, his Adam's apple bobbing every time he talked.
"Shit... do we have room?" The gorgeous man asked.
"Plenty, C." She nodded her head. I looked between the two, curios what they were talking about.
"Room for what? Money? Food?" I asked. The man slightly looked off to the side, making me see other men carrying grocery bags full of various items.
"Fuck... your voice, too... you're coming with us, darling." The man backed away from me.
"N-no, I can't, I'm sorry, no, please no. I'm sorry, I'll do anything, please I'm sorry!" I nearly got on my knees. The man lifted my chin, making me look at the haunting doll eyes.
"Don't worry, I'm not gonna hurt you my love... never." He picked me up and threw me over his shoulder. I looked at Amanda with terrified eyes. She stared back, tears filling her irises.
"No, no please!" I nearly screamed at no one in particular.
"Don't make me put tape over your mouth, darling. I would hate to do that." Sure, the man's physic was stunning and his voice could make any room heavy, but I didn't wanna be kidnapped. Even by him. I hit his back with my fists. A word wouldn't come out of my mouth. It was almost as if I was muted, or at a loss for words. My sobs and occasional silence spoke for me though.
"Please don't cry. It takes away your beauty, baby." He talked softly to me. I slowed down my crying, almost feeling... safe.
The van was dark, the only light coming from the harsh tint of the front window. I looked down at my hands and pinched my legs, fully understanding that the situation was real. I reached in my pocket for my phone, but I left it in my locker.
"This car rides gonna take a while... feel free to sleep, hun." A different women's voice from before whispered to me. I hummed in response, and laid my head down for a nap.
A sudden shake awoke me. I shook out the cobwebs, and slowly opened my eyes. We were infront of a multimillion dollar mansion. I opened my mouth in awe, wondering if these people actually lived here.
"Alright baby, we're here. Don't worry, you can sleep in my room." The doll mask spoke to me while opening the back van doors.
I suddenly remembered why I was there. I looked around in panic, looking for ways to escape. The girl from before walked up to me.
"I suggest don't escape. You'll get shot in an instant, honey." She said as a warning, taking off her mask. In simple words, she was beautiful. Another man came up behind her, amd hugged her.
"Oh, I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Devyn! And this boy here, is my lover, Corey!" She smiled and rubbed her hands on his arms.
"I-im Sam... Am I ever gonna get out of here?" I whispered to her.
"Maybe, hun. If he's nice, he will give you a chance." I hummed in response, hoping he does.
"If he does so, I won't tell on you or Corey. I never knew that if I got kidnapped it was gonna be okay." Devyn slightly smiled and took my hand.
"I'll show you around." She started running towards the large house. I giggled, and followed her. I was still scared shitless, but if I wanted a chance to get out of here, I have to put on a mask.
