Putty was doing a crossword, he had been doing the same one all morning. The Band had been helping him. The Blooming Mays were a small bit more productive, heh.
"10-letter word that means brave?" He asked.
Rubber answered, "Courageous?"
"Yep! It fits!" Putty smiled happily.
