"You are Rajkumar Arjun right?", Vaishnavi asked the perplexed prince. "It's the same girl", he murmured. "Sorry?", she could not understand what he just said. "Uh, I mean Yes. Yeah", he replied, just couldn't believe that he met the girl, whom he was searching for.
He just didn't know how to react, how to feel, or what to talk now. So he decided just to answer to whatever she is asking him. "Here everyone is praising me for my song. But I want to hear it from you, a master of art. Did you like it", Vaishnavi asked him, a little nervous. "That's the best piece of art I've ever heard", he said in a single breath, not taking his eyes off her. "Thanks, hearing this from you feels really good.", saying this, she gave him a sweet smile. "Vaishnavi, come here and have this Papad", Bheem came and took her away. She just gave him an apologetic look and mouthed, "We will talk later", and went away.
'OKAYY ARJUN, YOU ARE DONE FOR!', He thought to himself, ruffled his hair softly and chuckled. "What happened Bhratashree? You are chuckling to yourself? Did you meet someone SPECIAL?", Nakul spawned out of nowhere.
"What special? It's just good to appreciate another talent. She is singing good and I wanted to know where did she learn that", Arjun defended himself. "Everything is right Bhrata, Making sense making sense. But, I didn't mention Vaishnavi even once", Nakul said, biting his laughter. Arjun started to day something but nothing seemed to come out of his mouth this time to defend himself. Nakul just laughed at him. "Shut up Nakul, let's go", Arjun just dragged his younger brother away, smiling to himself.
"Putr Duryodhan! Be careful with that girl. She has a very sharp tongue", Shakuni and some of the Kaurava Brothers were whispering amongst themselves, just then, "What are you guys talking about?", Vaishnavi just spawned there, making them jump back a little. "Why do you care, brat. Keep your business with yourself. It's none of your business", Shakuni scoffed.
"Listen Mama shree, i don't have anything against you. It's just that if you trigger me, I'll trigger you back tenfold. You offend me, I'll offend you more. And you attack me, don't even get me started on that. I just don't want any mess to happen until I'm here. I want everyone to be happy and I want to be friends with everyone!! And I don't go by what people are saying until I see it by myself. Sooo, Can we be friends now?", Vaishnavi told no one in particular.
"Huh! Friends? That's never gonna happen", Duryodhan stomped his foot and walked away. Vaishnavi just shook her head in how adamant the people in this era are. "Don't worry Devi Vaishnavi. They will understand where your point is coming from. Just like I understood", Karn said to her. "Oh you did? Then, let us he friends!? Yes? No? Maybe?", She asked, speaking nonstop. "Okay okay, Friends!", He said smiling. She extended her hands and he didn't know how to react. "Oh haha sorry, so usually what you do is-", she went on explaining how handshake works, which kind of reminded her of Virat. They started laughing as Karn messed up a little. Seeing this, a pair of eyes belonging to an Archer were unable to take them off of the sight. It could be anyone, Not his Rival.

"Well, I'll take my leave then", Karn said and went to his friend. She turned to go back to her gang, only to face Arjun again, who was standing there with an unreadable expression. "Oh hello again, we were talking about something, right?", She told him. "Yes, I wanted to ask you about your music, but if you are busy with your FRIEND, I'll take a leave. We will talk some other time", Arjun replied, and was about to go away, but Vaishnavi stopped him, "Hey hey we will talk. And by the way no one is here with me except you. Which FRIEND do you expect me to talk to?", She questioned him.
'why are you acting like this, Arjun?', he mentally facepalmed himself, and started to ask her, "About the question-", he was immediately interrupted by Dushala. "Vaishu, come on, let me introduce you to some of my Sahelis", she dragged her away. There it was, the same expression of apology from her. He gave her an understanding nod and smiled at her. She smiled back at him and went away.
'I thought that her voice is the sweetest thing on Mother Earth. Now her Smile is Rivalling that', Arjun was surprised by his own thoughts now. His mother was wrong, He didn't get any answers by meeting this girl, instead got so many questions more to add up.
Vaishnavi was talking to Dushala's Sahelis and saw that Duryodhan was standing alone, looking at his muscles as how big they have become. She excused herself, and went towards him. She fake coughed to get his attention and said, "Ahem ahem, so, about the challenge -", "I know I lost Devi Vaishnavi, no need to remind me of that", he told in a calmer voice.
'Wow, he talks Calmly too?'
"I didn't come here to remind you anything, Prince Duryodhan. I just came here to clarify some things. I can't bear if anybody thinks of me in a bad way, you know? I didn't mean to disrespect you if that's what you felt I did. That's all", she said and left the place. 'Maybe she is not that bad' Duryodhan thought to himself.
The whole dinner party was over, and everyone were returning to their respective rooms, Arjun remembered something. He didn't return the Earring back to its owner. He looked for her, and saw that she was one of the last ones to leave the place.
"Vaishnavi!", He called her. She felt goosebumps all over her body. It was the same as when Krishna called her by her name for the first time. But it was a little different now.
