As the shopping was done, everyone was in school while Shriyan and Vrinda discussed the upcoming function with their class teacher.

"Ma'am, I have submitted the names and all the decorations are done," Vrinda said to the teacher.

"Yes, ma'am. Everything is set, and the dance our class is going to perform is also fixed," Shriyan added.

"Ok then, the function is on Wednesday, as you know," the teacher said.

"Yes, ma'am," Shriyan and Vrinda said and headed back towards their class.

"Let's go and watch how the dance practice is going," Vrinda said to Shriyan.

"Okay, let's go," Shriyan agreed.

As they went to watch the dance practice, Vrinda noticed the steps were not synchronized with the song. She approached the one who organized the dance to suggest changes.

"Suno, yeh steps iss song ke saath match nahi ho rahe hain. Yeh ek traditional song hai, toh it should have some classical steps," she said.

"Mujhe samaj nahi aa raha hai aap kya bol rahi hain," the organizer said.

"Accha, hum karke batate hai," Vrinda added.

"Tumhe dance aata hai?" Shriyan asked, surprised, as Vrinda never participated in any dance-related functions.

"Haan, par jyada tar classical dance pasand hai, isliye kaha," Vrinda answered.

As she demonstrated the steps, she got lost in the song and danced in her own world. Anish entered the dance room, looking for Shriyan, but stopped when he saw Vrinda dancing. He was mesmerized by her performance. When the song ended, Vrinda became conscious and realized everyone was clapping for her. She noticed Anish looking at her as if she was a beautiful sight, which embarrassed her, and she left the room.

Shriyan approached Anish. "Tum yaha kya kar rahe ho?" Shriyan asked.

"Woh... mein..." Anish stammered.

"Are yaar, yeh mujhe kya ho gaya, kuch yaad hi nahi aa raha kyu aaya tha mai," Anish mumbled, audible only to Shriyan.

"Vrinda ko dekh ke shayad sab bhul gaya hoga," Shriyan teased.

"Haa....Yaad hi nahi aa raha," Anish admitted, then bit his tongue. "Nahi... Matlab..."

"Sab samajh gaya mai," Shriyan said mischievously, smirking.

"I'm going back to class. Agar kuch yaad aaya toh bol dunga," Anish said, embarrassed.

"Haan thik hai. Aur sun, agar Vrinda pasand hai toh mujhe bata sakta hai. After all, we are best friends. You can share anything with me," Shriyan told Anish before he left.

"Nahi aisa kuch nahi hai," Anish said, leaving.

As Anish entered the class, Vrinda was already sitting on her seat. Their eyes locked for a moment, blurring everything around them. Vrinda broke the eye contact, shyly blushing and focusing on her book. Anish also looked down, feeling awkward.

As Vrinda looked at her book, she kept replaying the dance moment in her mind, thinking about how Anish was looking at her. When the bell rang for lunch break, Vrinda and Vaidehi were eating lunch while Anish and Shriyan discussed Vrinda.

"Tujhe woh pasand hai na?" Shriyan asked Anish.

"Are aisa nahi hai woh bus mai..." Anish tried to deny.

"Mujhse mat chupa yaar, bata bhi de abhi," Shriyan insisted.

"Haan, lekin woh mujhe sirf pasand nahi hai, mai prem karta usse," Anish finally admitted, taking a deep breath.
