Tarunika sat down on a seat in the metro, her eyes still narrowed in irritation.

"I hope he beats their ass,"
Payal mumbled to Tarunika, her voice low and tense.

"Beating all of them? Impossible."
Tarunika replied, her tone a mix of
skepticism and concern.

A voice suddenly caught the attention
of all the passengers.
It was the intoxicated man.

"It's really good!"
he said loudly, his voice slurred but clear enough to be heard.

"I never got a chance to take a metro train since it started operating... Thanks, boys"

A man dressed in white was speaking to the intoxicated man.

Payal's grip on Tarunika's wrist tightened,
her face pale with fear.

She pulled Tarunika towards the back of the metro where other passengers were gathering, sensing

a fight was about to break out.

"Girls girls,"
the intoxicated man said, taking off his glasses, his eyes softer now.
You okay?"
he asked, his voice surprisingly gentle amidst the chaos.
