After Bhim's successful surgery and a few days of recovery in the hospital, the day finally came for his discharge. Kavita was overjoyed to be taking him home. She decided to visit the temple to offer her prayers of gratitude and seek blessings for their future.

While Kavita was at the temple, Neelam seized the opportunity to visit Bhim at their home. She found him resting comfortably in the living room, looking much healthier and more vibrant than before.

"Bhaiya, it's good to see you looking so well," Neelam said, forcing a smile.

Bhim looked up at her, his expression warm. "Neelam, thank you for everything. Your support has meant a lot to us."

Neelam's smile faltered slightly. She took a deep breath, deciding to confront the situation head-on. "Bhaiya, there's something important you need to know. Kavita has been hiding a huge secret from you."

Bhim's brow furrowed in concern. "What do you mean, Neelam? What secret?"

Just then, Kavita walked in, sensing the tension in the room. Her heart sank as she saw Neelam standing there, looking determined. She knew that the moment she had feared was upon her.

"Neelam, please," Kavita pleaded, her voice trembling. "Don't do this."

Neelam turned to Kavita, her expression stern. "Kavita, he deserves to know the truth. Either you tell him, or I will."

Kavita felt a wave of panic wash over her. She knew she couldn't keep up the facade any longer. With a deep breath, she walked over to Bhim and knelt beside him, taking his hand in hers.

"Bhim," she began, her voice shaking. "There's something I need to tell you. Something I should have told you a long time ago."

Bhim looked into her eyes, his concern deepening. "What is it, Kavita? You can tell me anything."

Kavita took another deep breath, gathering her courage. "Bhim, the truth is... I'm not really Kavita. I'm Kavi, your son. After the accident, Neelam and I decided that the best way to help you recover was for me to take on the role of Kavita. I did it because I love you and wanted to see you get better."
