.3rd POV.
Part:1In the life of young and upcoming super star, Khleo Vergara. Education is calling her name, as the niece to the Sofia Vergara, one would expect she'd want to become an actress, or be a huge business tycoon like her father, Matìas Vergara, or supervise it like her mother, Liibeth Vergara.
Both her parents, worked hard for their company, the family is known for owning five major tech companies, two in the united states, one in London, one in Colombia where they're originally from and one in Europe. Obviously you'd expect your child to take over your business once you retire, but luckily for Khleo, her older brothers are a better fit for that, not that she's complaining. Being the youngest of three, with not much expectations to be the best gives you room to be creative and venture into different things.
Her oldest brother, Gabrio Enrique Vergara, was the spitting image of their late grandfather. He's more of the obvious businessman in the family and her other brother, Fabio Raf.Vergara was...on the quieter side, then there's she, Khleo Catalina Vergara. She wants to be a star, but her parents already expressed how education is important, hence why she's here.
"This is a terrible idea...yet here I am, doing it" The young girl murmurs as she sat in the large library, nervously gnawed at the end of her pen, the application for the school practically glowing under the fluorescent library lights, now she wished she didn't allow her mother rope her into this.
At the young age of 19, most people already considered her a rising star, her smoky vocals was added to the list of talents, asides from being related to one of the biggest name in entertainment right now. Yet, amidst the whirlwind, a nagging voice whispered in her ear – it was time for a little normalcy, more so her mother told her it's a requirement and her father went along with it.
[O.O.T.D]
"...Maybe i shouldn't, or should I?" Khleo says looking around, hunching over a form that seemed more intimidating than any backstage meet-and-greet, she's been on. With the help of two of her best friends, she sat at the table, on her left is a list of potential courses to study, on her right, list of potential schools to apply to. She's gone through them all and UCONN, was the last one. Now it seems filling it out is a problem. The only course, in the list she was reading through now for the school was the only one that really captivated her.
Psychology, it had always fascinated her, the intricate workings of the human mind was a constant source of curiosity. UCONN, with its prestigious program, seemed like the perfect fit for her. But there was another, entirely different reason for her application, and that would be Nika Mühl.
The UConn Huskies Women's Basketball team was a juggernaut, and Nika Mühl, one of their star Point guards, was Khleo's not-so-secret celebrity crush, if that works.
