She walked downstairs and ate some toast with butter and brown sugar. She sat down at the table and quietly munched on the bread.

A few minutes later, Charlie came downstairs and was startled to see Clara "Clara? What are you doing up? It's 5:30 am" Clara continued nibbling on her toast as if he hadn't said anything.

Charlie frowns as he realizes that she won't answer, so he instead walked over to the paperwork that Renee faxed over for him. He skims through it look and finds out what's going on;

56). Oh! I almost forgot! For the past couple of months, Clara has been waking up at 5 AM and getting ready for the day by herself. I'm not 100% why she's been doing it, but I think it's a good sign! Just act normal!

Charlie sighed and smiled at Clara as Cora came down and walked over to Clara. Cora knelt down in front of Clara and softly spoke "Morning, honey.... Want some cocoa?" Clara looks up and stares at her name tag, she tries to answer her but all that comes out is "The Lion is going to meet the Beast..." Charlie's smile faded making Clara's heart break...

"C-cocoa?" Clara said with a strangled voice, as if it was a great effort and to her.... And it was. It was the first actual word (that was hers) that she had spoken since the incident "P-ple-" Clara struggled with the second word, but Charlie understood "Sure, sweetie" Cora nodded and smiled and started making the cocoa.

While Clara was grateful for her father's understanding, she was frustrated that she couldn't really talk to her parents.

Whatever possessed her in those woods all those years ago never left. It controlled everything about her and she was unable to speak or do anything she wanted to. She never even got to tell her parents about what happened that day in the woods. The only time that thing let its leash loose was when there was a ghost to talk to, which confused Clara to no end.

She was trapped in her mind...

Cora set the cup of cocoa in front of her and Clara robotically grabbed it and started drinking it. Charlie kissed Cora's cheek before he sat across from Clara and started drinking coffee and Cora joined him. The three were in a peaceful silence until Bella came clomping down the stairs.

Clara cringed at Bella's outfit before turning away and sipping her cocoa. Bella stormed around the kitchen opening and slamming cabinets loudly causing Clara to cover her ears at all the loud noises.

"Bella? What on earth are you doing?" Cora stood up in concern as Charlie joined her annoyed by Bella's behavior "There's nothing to eat here!" Bella snapped, slamming the last cabinet that was full of cereal, pop-tarts, and mini muffins. Charlie rolled his eyes "Bella, we have plenty of food. Cora and I went shopping yesterday" Bella scoffed "Please.... I can't eat this crap. Give me money!"

Charlie shook his head "No. If you want to buy something, then you can get a job and start paying for it" Bella's eyes nearly bulged out of her head "What?!" Charlie gently nudged and guided Cora and Clara towards the front door "It's time you learned some responsibility. I'm taking Clara to school, and Cora to work, you figure out what you're going to do to earn some money" Charlie said.

Charlie, Cora, and Clara got in Charlie's cruiser and drove off. Charlie first dropped Cora off at her job at The Lodge before driving to Seattle for Clara's special school. As they drove Clara started mumbling again "The Lion will fall for the Beast.... The Lion can't see past the sheep fleece..." Charlie glances at Clara in concern before parking in the parking lot of the school. He gently guides her inside where her teacher takes her.

As Charlie leaves, he can't help but wonder...
