Yellows after math

(SMG3 POV)

Smg4 runs to my side, holding my back as I choke on the blood in my throat

"What's going on? Karen said you had a sickness and!-"

i couldn't hear him, the sound of static filled my ears as I kneel next to smg4. I coughed the last bit of blood before staring at 4

"-why didn't you tell me?" I locked eyes at him
"I just....thought it didn't matter-" "DIDN'T MATTER??"

Smg4 continued to yell at me as I soaked in the shame in that moment before cutting him off

"I know you care about my health but to be honest...I don't think I can bounce back this time..." smg4 stared at me in confusion and shock

"W-what?? Your serious?!" He looked down at the bathroom floor to see the yellow blood dripping from the toilet seat

"Holy sh#t..." he looked in disbelief as he stared at the stained floor

"Why is it y- yellow??" He looked back at me but I already passed out from the illness

He picked me up and placed me on my bed as he went back to clean the mess. As he frantically scrubbed the floor he thought about why is it yellow? Why do I have this sickness? How long did I have it for??

After cleaning he grabbed his phone and frantically typed 'yellow blood sickness meaning'

Here's what the message said:

'The reason why people vomit yellow blood is due to the rainbow disease, it is caused because either because of one sided love or you been rejected by your lover, the only way to get rid of the disease is to get the same affection to your lover. Otherwise the other option is death.'

Smg4 looked in almost horror at his phone "he has a lover? Who?" He stared back at me before shutting off his phone and sat next to me

(SMG4 POV)

I looked next to me to see smg3, he looked nice...cute even... wait what?! N-never mind that but he does look peaceful...

I looked at his hair, I stuck my hand out and grazed my finger onto his hair, damn it felt soft...

SMG3 eyes flicker by the sudden touch and I quickly pulled my hand away and sat there pretending nothing happened

"What were you doing?~" He said almost playfully. I got sweaty

"N-nothing!" I sighed before turning serious

"So you have a lover huh?" I stared at him blankly "and you searched up the disease..."  he stared back

"Of course I did! I was scared about you, anyway who's this person you're into?"

SMG3's face started to go red "no one I-important..." I scoffed "I'm serious" "so am I!" He looked offended "you need to tell me who they are!"

I raised my voice "look if we don't figure out who this person is then....then..." "then I'll die?" He was almost unfazed by the sudden change in scenario

"Look I know that they don't have feelings for me..." he sighed and looked away in shame

"But how can you be sure??" "I just...it's just a feeling..." I scoff

"You can't just base your death over a 'feeling' I care about you!" I looked at him sympathetically

"You gotta tell me!" I put my hand over his hand before squeezing it slightly. He looked away trying to hide his face

"Not today..." I put my hand on my leg before sighing "okay but you promise to tell me in a few days okay?

"Yes.... I'm sure"
