What's going on?

After School

Aiden's POV

I lost sight of Dylan because of stupid Mr. Frost. He could have just said I had after-school detention in front of the whole class. I could care less about who knows about it. Now here I am leaving stupid detention, and I wasn't even able to speak to Dylan at all. The most annoying part of all this is that the damn asshole doesn't recognize me at all. He just disappears one day and then shows up out of nowhere. He has fucking powers and he's completely different as well. Everything is a mess, and my stupid brain can't even fucking process any of this. I don't even know what's going on anymore.

I slam open the doors and walk towards the entrance of the campus. I stopped when I spotted Levi, Rose, Lily, and Jason waiting by the entrance of the campus. Why can't they just leave me alone? I don't need friends. I immediately started to walk back towards the school building. I can hear footsteps behind me, and I know it's Levi, he is the only one who would chase me down the others are too scared of me to do it. I immediately picked up the pace and before I even realized it Levi is chasing me around school grounds. I finally managed to lose him and ended up on the top of the roof.

Aiden: I finally lost him.

?????: Lost who?

I turn around and there he was Dylan.

Aiden: Dylan, what are you doing here?

Dylan: I've been here for a while. You didn't answer my question from this morning.

Aiden: Dylan it's me Aiden. Aiden Valentine.

Dylan: Nope doesn't ring a bell. Are you a friend of my brother? I was sure that I met all his friends.

Aiden: Brother? What do you mean brother you're an only child Danny.

Dylan: Only child that's hilarious. Also don't call me that my name is Dylan.

Aiden: Did you get into some freak accident or something? This isn't you.

Dylan: No and this is me. You're a weirdo, I think you've got the wrong person dude.

He starts to make his way towards the edge of the roof. Before I can even react to what's happening in front of me, he jumps. I immediately run towards the edge and look down but there's no body. I can't spot him anywhere. No way is this happening, how the fuck did he disappear right in front of me? I was only couple of feet away from him.

Dylan: Dude the look on your face is priceless. You look so terrified.

I look up and see Dylan flying.

Aiden: WHAT THE FUCK!

Dylan: Why are you so upset? This is my power; I told the whole class what my powers are. Don't you remember.
