As we look to the base of the WWPC, several months have passed. In that time, Izuku had grown by leaps and bounds. Not only as a fighter who was nownon par with Ragdoll and Pixie-Bob. But as well mentally as he was a match for Nezu himself. Not to mention, given the number of times he's unloaded in the three pussycats, Ryuko had been the first to gain a child. Inko, having learned that nearly shattered the universe with a squeal of Grandbabies so powerful they heard it from their base as if she were not ten feet from them.

But lately... he has been haunted at night. Waking up in a cold sweat as his wives worried over him. None could understand the strange visions he seems to have at night. Visions of a mighty blue dragon with a breath of ice so strong it could be considered a localized ice age.

Yet tonight, the dream was not only visual but audible as well. As the mighty dragon snarled, looking to the young man before him. "Finally, my voice reaches you young Izuku. We have much to discuss this night." Growled the mighty beast as he scanned the teen.

Izuku was frozen stiff by the roar and voice of the massive dragon. He swallowed hard as he kept his eyes focused on it. "Wh-Who are y-you? Wh-What's going on h-here?" He asked timidly as he shivered beneath the dragon's gaze.

The beast smirked to him before laying down as its head was a few feet from the terrified boy. "I am FrostFyre. The ancient dragon of ice and ruler of its power. In layman's terms, young Izuku, I am your quirk." The now named FrostFyre said with a slight grin, showing his fanged teeth.

Izuku blinked a few times before he began cackling as he held his stomach. Unfortunately, the wrong move as the dragon roared, terrifying the young man. "I do not jest Izuku Midoriya! What you humans believe to know of Quirks is far too limited. Many of those with animal mutations actually harbor spirits of old such as myself deep within their soul core. Only a rare few can truly communicate with them. Especially prior to their powers manifesting such as we are now. I have watched you these near sixteen years. All in an effort to decide if you are worthy of my mighty powers... or not." Snarled FrostFyre as his sapphire eyes peered into Izuku's very essence.

Izuku was stunned by the beasts revelation. In all the years he has studied Quirks, he had never once dreamt this possible. "Wait... so the true reason I am quirkless is not due to my genetics but due to your own decision?" He asked, shaking violently with his fists clenched in white knuckled fury.

The dragon sighed and nodded, indicating his answer. Only furthering Izuku's rage. "Why!? Why did you do this to me!?!? What fucking hell did I do in a past life to warrant you issuing a goddamn death sentence on my life!?!?" Bellowed the mighty green teen as the Dragons face formed a sorrowful expression.

"I apologize, Izuku. It was never my intent to make you suffer. I foolishly let my fury at being essentially imprisoned within a human get the best of me. However, I could not reverse my oath to make you prove your worth to me before I granted my strength to you. I was forced to watch you suffer atrocity after atrocity. All for my own ego and stupid mistake. I have seen that mighty spirit that burns within you. Not only the day you saved Shino and Kota but the many times before that. You have proven yourself more than worthy of my abilities. However, while we can communicate, my powers won't be transferred to you until you're sixteen." FrostFyre said with a blazing blue fire burning within his sapphire eyes.

Izuku was transfixed by the dragon's eyes but even more amazed at the dragon speaking honestly. "Then.. all the hell I suffered you truly could not prevent?" He asked quietly as tears threatened to spill. The dragon nodded as he looked to Izuku with adoration.
