DAY OF GRADUATION
Kacey pov
So it's the day of graduation and i am nervous because i'll be giving a speech to everyone in here like i know i'll do good but at the same time i'm still nervous
"Hey honey are you nervous" my mom ask
"Yes" i admit
"Well it is okay to be nervous" my mom said shrugging
"Kacey babe they want us out there now" jordan said to me
"Alright i'll see you both out there" my mom saud leaving us alone
"You'll do great and you know i'll be the loudest out there charing you on" she said smiling
I smiled back
"Go kick some ass" she said hugging and kissing me then grabbing my hand and leading me to the auditorium
"Good morning teachers parents staff and graduates" our principal said
Time skipped to kacey's speech
It was now my time and i went up with my portfolio with my speech in it
"A pleasant good morning to you all" i said making eye contact with everyone
"Congratulation graduates, today is a great day. It's a day to celebrate with friends and family a day we've been waiting for since we started kindnergarden i don't know about ya'll but from the day i started middle school i wanted school to be over with" i said earning a couple chuckles
"I want to take a couple seconds to thank my bestfriends Emma and Cameron they have been such good friends since the first day i walked through those douple doors i remember the second week of me being here i got into a fight with the both of them we spent hours apologising to each other and from ever since we have been rocking together" i said laughing
"Then moving on i want to thank my parents for being the parents they are today i thank you guys for encouraging me to keep on moving even when i am about to give up although sometimes ypu guys aren't there i'm glad you are here today just to see that i've made it with flying colours" i said smiling at them with tears in my eyes
My mom looks at me and immedietly starts crying with my dad hugging her
"I also want to take this time to thank the teachers for not giving up on me even though i van be a hard headed sometimes" i looked behind me and saw them smiling
"I met a certain someone this year who have changed my life for the better there was a time when i all i wanna do was party and being intimate with different girls but then she came along and she changed that and i want to say thank you my love Jordan williams soon to be Mrs Jefferson" i said and i saw her smiling at me blinking away tears
"Buuuuuuut anyways thank you to you all that have pushed us into doing better" and with that i put my mic down earning alot of clapping and jordan and emma was the loudest
I walked off the stage hugging my mom and dad and kissing mimi cheek because she is sleeping then i went over to hug emma and cameron and the i stood infront of jordan smiling then kissed her
"I am so proud of you baby" she said smiling and hugging me
After the graduation
We were now at dinner my dad invited everyone of course my everyone i mean, Jordan, emma, cameron, jade and alisa but i didn't mind i wanted all of us to get along really well
"So kacey i wanted to give you and jordan a graduation gift being that you guys are turning adults and are going to be on your own" my dad said pushing a small box towards be
"It's from mom and i" he said i looked at jordan and she signal me to open it when i open it there was a key and i looked at him suspiciously
"Are you serious" i said smiling big
"Yes" my mom said chuckling with tears streaming down her face
"Mom you are so emotional" i said laughing
"Oh shut up" she said coming around the table to hug me and jordan
"Thank you for being there for our daughter welcome to the family jordan" my mom said kissing her forehead
After a while we all started just talking and laughing while emma and jade started whispering to each other and cameron annoying alisa
I just shook my head smiling
I looked over at jordan feeding my little sister chicking strips
I smiled at that
I looked at my friends and family just thinking about how amazing life is going to be once i have my family and these chubble makers with me
