Fear x Anxiety Part 2

Rylie was well awake now along with her other emotions. They all were playing their part perfectly. All except Fear. He was clearly distracted.

"Fear! My main man, what's wrong?" Joy asked wrapping her arms around Fear.

"Just still worried about that water bottle cancer." Fear replied while removing Joys arms from around him.

"I promise you Rylie will live. Keep up the great work though!"

Fear watched as Joy took her spot back up front. He respected her and all she did for Rylie. That's what made these feelings so complicated. What had happened with Anxiety wasn't his normal. He never shared longing looks with the Joy or any other emotion. Did Anxiety though? What if that had just been a regular night for her? Fear decided to pay close attention to Anxiety and her eye contact for the rest of the day.

Fear watched as Embarrassment and Anxiety had a conversation. He quickly realized that he couldn't collect proper data from that great of a distance so he moved behind Embarrassment.

The two talked about school and hockey practice. Nothing of importance til there! Fear saw it. THE LOOK. The one he had been given just last night. Embarrassment received it after an embarrassing attempt at a joke. So Anxiety gave every guy with a joke whether it be good or bad that look. At least that's what Fear thought he saw. He'd obviously needed an even closer look. He leaned his body against Embarrassments. It was sweaty but nothing he couldn't handle.

Fear handled it for all of a second til her realized all of the diseases that live within sweat. What if he contacted Herpes from it! Yeah, not happening. Fear attempted to create some distance between him and Embarrassment but the more he tried to move the more stuck he got.

Anxiety and Embarrassments conversation was quickly ending. Fear knew that any second Anxiety would walk away and find him spying. The only solution was to go in deeper and if that resulted in him getting Herpes so be it then! Fear wiggled his was into Embarrassments back forgetting that Embarrassment is a very ticklish guy.

A laugh escaped Embarrassment.

"What did I miss?" Anxiety asked

"I think someone's tickling my back." Embarrassment said with a blush.

Anxiety slowly walked behind Embarrassment. Fear kept trying to go in deeper and get lost without Embarrassments back rolls. This only resulted in Embarrassment laughing more.

"Fear?" Anxiety now standing behind him asked with a horrified expression.
