"How long have you two been married?" Another one asks. "Oh, it's been two years already!" The woman said with the sweetest tone as she smiles softly.
It's been two years since the CEO of the VC Corp. has been married to Rosemary Baliano. Which is now known much more as Rosemary Baliano-Vicienso.
"You two are perfect for each other!" One of their business partners said as they take in the beauty of the couple. "I'm waiting to see how your child will look like! Will it take your beauty? Or your husband's? Or... Will it be mixed?" They added.
This wasn't just any party, it was an early celebration because the wife of the CEO is pregnant. It's truly such a loving and happy celebration. But... One was not happy at all, it wasn't an enemy of theirs, but it was an assistant of another business partner yet to be introduced. Who is this assistant?
"It's getting late honey, you should take a rest now." The CEO said to his wife. Everyone was in awe on how sweet they are. Is it truly possible for such a couple to exist?
The rest of the night goes on as the wife exits the party for her rest. The middle aged man who had his black-blueish hair slicked to the side as his deep blue eyes gazes on the party, he scans the room and finds himself knowing almost all of them.
"Mr. Cedric. It's nice to meet you again." A partner of his approached him, "Indeed, it's nice to see you again, how have you been?" He replied as he fixed his tie tightly. "Ah, I've been thankful of your help, you saved me when I was on the brink of bankruptcy, you have my gratitude." The man bowed.
"You don't need to do that. It was my choice to help after all." Cedric walks closer as he taps the man's back. "I shall send an assistant of mine for your help, Mr. Cedric. He is a good guy, I'm sure you'll come to like him as well." The man gave his last bow and left to converse with others.
Cedric wasn't confused, but he was intrigued. He wants to meet this assistant who had been such a good one that got praise from such a strict man.
Will Cedric find out who or will he fail to notice who?
