•-Chapter 8-•

Hi guys!
Sorry if I posted this chapter late I didn't have wifi yesterday lol. This chapter will have no angst! yay!... For now...Anyways here is chapter 8!

Rin's POV:

After a while I managed to get Isagi out of the punishment by explaining what really happened. But that means that I still have to take the punishment for my behavior sadly.While the principal was thinking of a punishment he suddenly spoke, "Rin, for your punishment you will be suspended from school for 3 days."

I was expecting something like clean the classroom or have extra homework but that wasn't the case. "Did you listen to what I just said? Isagi is being bullied and I have to be there to protect him!", I argued. The principal scratched his head for some time before responding, "Well Isagi has classmates that would help him right? So I don't see the harm in suspending you for 3 days."

I started getting mad but then I felt another hand on my own hand. I turned around to see Isagi holding my hand, suddenly he told me, "Hey Rin calm down for me, please? The principal is right, I'm sure the others in the group will help me. There's no need to worry ok?"

I was both relieved and confused by what Isagi said. But I did get myself in trouble so I guess it's my punishment whether I like it or not. I looked at the principal and nodded to show that I was okay with it.

-Time skip to the end of school-

Finally class is over, our last teacher was sooo annoying even more annoying than the one after lunch. Remembering that I was suspended I became worried again. I looked for Isagi as soon as I was sure all of the students was out of school.

It took a while but I finally found him at the gate. I approached him and noticed he looked like he was waiting for someone. As soon as he saw me he greeted me, "Hi Rin! Are you going home already? Is it ok if I ask a favor?"

"Yea, sure. What  do you want me to do?", I asked. Isagi was deep in thought probably trying to think how to ask me. "I- uhm, Is it ok if you could drop me off at my house? I forgot to bring my phone so I can't call my dad or get an uber... Sooo, can you? Please?", Isagi asked, trying to convince me.

I agreed and I took out my phone to grab an uber. After like 4 minutes the uber arrived and we got inside. I told the driver to go to my house forgetting that Isagi was with me. I looked out of the window and suddenly realized that Isagi was still with me.

"Hey, Isagi. Where is your house? Hello? Isagi?", I asked him multiple times and finally realized that he fell asleep, oh my gosh. What am I gonna do? I don't know where he lives. And he looks so peaceful right now I don't want to wake him up!

I was staring at Isagi hoping he would wake up already. Soon Isagi started moving but apparently he was still asleep since he looked like he was having a nightmare. I tried to calm him down a bit by cuddling him. This actually worked since Isagi started to calm down.

Eventually the uber arrives at my apartment. I paid for the ride then carried Isagi bridal style out of the uber. I went up the elevator to the 3rd floor where I live. Once the elevator reached the 3rd floor Isagi started moving again.

When I reached the door of my apartment I got the keys out of my pocket and unlocked the door. I entered my apartment still carrying Isagi. I thought of putting him on the couch but decided to put him on my bed instead since my bed is more comfortable than the couch.

I went to the kitchen to cook dinner for us. After I finished cooking I checked on Isagi and surprisingly he was still sleeping. I looked through my closet to check if I have any clothes that would fit him since it's already late and it's not safe for him to go to his house at this time.

I prepared the table and woke Isagi up. "Isagi wake up time to eat dinner.", "mhmm..*yawn*, five more minutes..mm.", Isagi replied. I started getting annoyed and decided to carry him to the kitchen. "H-huh? Rin? Where am I?", Isagi asked me while rubbing his eyes. "At my apartment since you wouldn't wake up", I replied while helping him sit on the chair.

-Time skip after dinner cuz' I'm lazy-

After we ate I washed the dishes and told Isagi to take a bath. "But what will I wear? I didn't bring clothes with me and is it really okay with me taking a bath here?...", Isagi asked me. "I'll lend you clothes since you can't sleep without washing your wounds.", I answered him still doing the dishes.

I heard Isagi open the bathroom door and turn on the shower. When I finished doing the dishes I sat on my couch and turned on the tv to watch something while waiting for Isagi to finish.

Soon enough Isagi got out of the bathroom and he looked annoyed. Thats when I noticed that my clothes was a bit big on him. I laughed a bit since that was the smallest size of clothes I have. Isagi pouted while crossing his arms and said, "Hmph! It's your fault you gave me big clothes!" I laughed more then teased him by saying, "Thats the smallest size of clothes I have! It's your fault for being short."

We were fighting for an hour straight, we only stopped because Isagi yawned. "It's late you should sleep already Isagi.", I said while taking him to my room. "What do you mean 'you' your also gonna sleep right?", Isagi asked after yawning. "I'm gonna sleep on the couch you sleep on my bed", I said pointing to my bed. "What? But the bed is more comfortable than the couch! You should sleep on the bed! It's YOUR bed after all!", Isagi argued.

"Ok how about this, we BOTH sleep on my bed?", I asked. Isagi thought for a moment and agreed since we would probably fight again on who would sleep on the bed. We both get on my bed and fall asleep.

-It is now midnight lol-

I woke up since I felt someone's grip on my shirt. I saw Isagi who looked troubled and I decided to cuddle with him. At first he tried pushing me away but he eventually gave in and we cuddled the whole night.

-And now it's morning wow!-

I woke up to the smell of burnt pancakes. Once I was fully awake I heard a scream from the kitchen. I checked beside me and Isagi wasn't there. After a while I realized that Isagi was cooking in the kitchen or at least TRYING to cook since now I smell burnt bacon.

I got up and ran to the kitchen. Thats when I saw Isagi wearing an apron and holding a fire extinguisher siting in the corner of the kitchen. I turned off the stove and cleaned the kitchen. I looked at Isagi and asked, "Just what were you trying to do?" Isagi stared at me for some time and finally spoke, "W-well you let me stay here so I thought I could cook breakfast? H-heh"

Isagi remembered Rin now yay! I'll explain in the next chapter lol. Okay thats it I'm done with this chapter I need to eat something rn bye!
