When you meet someone, you are least expecting to see. What are you going to feel first; Surprised or Shocked.

I will tell you, it's all depend upon whom you meet or see and right now, I’m shocked to see him here.

Because I know as they are staying here in Jaipur, we are going to meet them eventually; it could be the day of their concert or as they said they will visit my house for dinner but what he's doing here with his friends.

“Yuvi?” Veer called, bringing me back to reality.

“Hi everyone, you all are here.” I said while standing from the couch.

“Yeah, we had some work, now forget everything we will going to have lunch, come and join us.” Veer offer.

“I’ll in some time but before that, I have to freshen up, I just came here directly from the school.” I said and moved closer to his side to whisper, “That fucker Karan called me and said that he wanted to talk about something urgent and now that you are not picking up his call, he said to meet at your house.”

“Okay, now go and get fresh up and come quickly.” I nodded and moved from there without meeting Kabir’s eyes as I don't understand why he's smiling mischievously, and it’s making me stressed thinking about what he is going to do; please don’t do anything stupid.

I quickly go to the guest room and saw myself in the mirror; and why I’m looking homeless, and shit they all saw me like this, but it’s not my fault because I’m too tired from the functions and all the work and I have an important work in the school to do, so because of all this I just came and slept when I get to know that Veer is in a meeting with someone and I didn’t think that they are going to come here.

I quickly freshen up and fixed myself before going to the dining area, some staff bow to me in respect and in recognition as we are coming here for so long, I enter the dining area as a staff open the gate for me and I thank him while entering, even though this is not the main palace but a house. That Veer’s mother built near the palace premises so that they are not going away from the royalty and living a simple life, but it’s anything but simple as this palace which they called a house is small from the main palace but bigger than a damn house, and it builds exactly as a palace.

Another reason I can't be able to understand Royal life because being Rich is a different thing and being Royal is different because even if we are living in a democratic country and monarchy is long gone from the country, but people still bow in front of the Royal people, and that’s how It’s work.

I look at the dining table and spot Veer sitting on the head chair of the table and the chair adjacent to him is empty and next to that empty chair sits Kabir and I know he sat there knowingly as veer leave that chair for me.

I walked and sat on the chair next to Kabir and we start having lunch, lunch went in silent with some usual talk with Kabir holding and touching my hand under the table that literally make me choke on my food and in the middle Karan and Ananya also join us in the lunch. After that, we all sat in the living room, Kabir and his friends left after sometime as they have to prepare for the concert, and I avoid Kabir as much as possible, but he just left after giving me a mischievous smile, and it scares me.

We sat and talk about the important thing Karan want to talk about, and it’s the most disgusting thing because he wanted to talk about his honeymoon and want us to suggest some places; just to fuck her wife good, he fucked with our mind and time and as a good friend’s we helped him.

After that, we spend the time together, and in the evening we left for houses. I parked my car in the parking lot of my society, it's silent around as mostly elite or rich families and peoples lives here who most likely to mind their own business, I walked inside the spacious lobby to the elevator while nodding to the receptionist in acknowledgment.
