After many nights of crunching in assignments and spending time with her new boyfriend, it was finally time for Y/N to return home. She spent the week prior to saying her final goodbyes and finalizing her essay, reviewing it over with Tomoko to which she approved. The night before Y/N's departure Yukako decided to invite Y/N, Koichi, Josuke, and Okuyasu to the beach house one last time as a going away present.

"Here's to the best summer ever and goodbye to the greatest friend anyone could ask for!! I'm really gonna miss you N/N!" Yukako sniffled wiping away fake tears, raising a champagne glass of cider making everyone clink their glasses together.

"I can't believe it's over already. Time sure does fly, huh?" Koichi stated.

"Can't you just miss the flight and stay with us forever?" Josuke pouted.

"As fun as this been, I really miss my family and it's time for me to go home. But I'll definitely keep in touch, trust," Y/N reassured everyone.

"What are your plans after this?" Okuyasu asked.

"They aren't really set in stone yet. I'm just focusing on my education at the moment," Y/N responded, "You?"

"I'm dreading going back to school. Jeez I can't wait to graduate," Okuyasu groaned.

"You guys are lucky, I still have a whole year left of high school," Koichi added.

"Oh before I forget!" Yukako got out of the hot tub and ran over to her bag to fish out a purple box labeled 'NIWAKA'. She rushed back over to Y/N and gave it to her, "This is for you, I hope you like it!"

Y/N's mouth dropped when she got a better look at the package. "Bitch isn't this like $10k!?! And you're giving this to me!?!" Y/N shouted. Inside was a pair of earrings nearly made entirely from diamonds. She stared at it, holding back tears as she holding her arms out towards Yukako for a hug, which she gladly accepted. "Let me go put this in my bag before I ruin it," Y/N said before putting the gift inside her duffle bag beside her.

"Damn Yukako, you just made my gift look like shit in comparison," Josuke said dejected.

"Oh, you have a gift for me?" Y/N asked surprised.

"Duh, why wouldn't I have one for my amazing girlfriend?" Josuke replied.

"I thought I would've completely drained your pockets by now," Y/N teased.

"Well ya didn't. I guess you gotta try harder next time, yeah?" Josuke responded with a smug grin.

"Don't tempt me," Y/N replied.

"Enough chatting, let's play some volleyball ball!" Okuyasu shouted.

"I wanna be on a team with Yukako!" Y/N exclaimed.
