First Day of school , Maraiah was a transferee at her new school she was known as a shy and quiet girl at their section. When she first came inside the classroom Maraiah chose to sit at the aisle near at the teachers table.
Few minutes past : ( Maraiah's Pov )
The teacher is already here and everyone became quite as the teacher entered the room and our teacher introduce himself to everyone and told us to go in front one by one to introduce ourselves, half of the students already finish introducing and it is my turn I go in front and saw my classmates starring at me. I feel my heart beating so fast and hearing them murmuring at the back of classroom.
" Goodmorning everyone, My name is Maraiah Arceta. "
I'm done introducing myself but before I sit on my chair my teacher ask me if that was the only thing I will say because my classmates also shared about their hobbies and talents.
I said " Yes " and he just nodded his head and told me to sit down
Every break time I always spend the time scrolling through my phone and watch some videos because I'm not in a mood talking to my classmates. Many hours just past and it was already our class dismissal I walk out the room after our teacher left.
I saw my dad outside the school waiting for me and he asked me " how was you're school? Is it good do you new friends? " I just nodded my head and got inside the car. My dad just smiled at me and drived home.
NEXT DAY : ( second day of school )
I woke up early as always, take a bath and after I already ate my breakfast that my mother make and go to school. Nothing changes its always been the same thing I do everyday at school, No friends I'm all alone cause I'm afraid that they will leave me soon.
MONTH'S PAST :
It's already our second examinations my teacher told me to sit near at the door, And I didn't expect the he will also sit in front of me. " Do you think I will cheat on the exam? " I whisper. Because he sits at the back all the time that's why I was so shocked.
I said to myself nevermind, minutes past and I'm done answering my exams. My teacher left and sit at the back of the classroom that's why I took a nap, I stretch my arm and didn't realize that he was going back to his sit infront.
He didn't wake me up and make my classmate who's infront of me moves so he can go to his sit at the door but before he could go to his sit I heard that my classmate asked him a question about the exam.
As I took a nap I feel that someone was holding my hands I just don't mind it and continue to take nap. But my head won't stop thinking who's holding my hand so I opened my eyes and saw that he was holding my hand while talking to my classmate. I saw that he has a veiny hand, I was so shocked and remove my hands from him.

As I remove my hand. My handkerchief fell of from my chair, I was about to pick it up but he also goes down to pick up my handkerchief and give it to me. He said " You're already awake " I replied " Yes ( smiled ) " My classmates was looking at us, I was very embarrassed that time.
The time has finish and it was our break time, one of my classmate come to me and told me that my teacher has been looking at me for hours and patting my head when I was asleep and she also told me that she saw my teacher holding my hand. My cheeks are turning red while she's saying that and feel my heart beating so fast again.
I asked myself why did my cheeks turned red? I don't even like him. But I was wrong the time I held his hands I feel a spark between us but I just ignore it, since the first day of school he caught my attention and realizing that I liked him.
I just told my classmates that I didn't know that he do that but I do know.
NEXT DAY : ( last day of examination )
This is the last day of our examinations for this second quarter I go to school and sitted at my chair and waited for him to came. Few minutes past he already entered the classroom he smiled at me and greeted me " Goodmorning " ( smiled ) and I greeted him too .
He already give our exam papers and I start answering it, while answering I secretly look at him and I was shocked that I saw him starring at me like ain't no way, he should look at other students why he'd chose to look at me!? I asked myself " Does my hair look messy? " " Do I have a dirt on the face? " I don't know what I was thinking I just look again at my test paper and answer, I regret looking at him I can't even focus on my exam now.
The time has finished, and thank lord I finished answering my exams. I can't even think properly earlier aghh it's because of him ( sigh )
The exams we're done and we can finally go home
MARAIAH'S POV:
I already got home from school It was so tiring and I lay on my bed to rest. I didn't realize that I slept, I saw myself sleeping with my uniform on. My mom walk into my room and told me to eat dinner and change
I replied " Yeah, I'll be ready "
We don't have school tomorrow because it's weekends, and I still have time to rest again or even go out. While I was changing I still can't get off my head what just happened and why he was starring at me all the time . Am I overthinking!?
