HOW IT ALL STARTED

Srishti POV: I cant believe I am joining my first day of work today it's been like yesterday I am doing college shopping and today I am going on my job I completed my graduation and landed a job in campus placements and I am really excited to work I want to achieve so much in my career I may be 20 years but its just a start I have lot of time and interest to do things I like, I want to travel enjoy new places coming from a very conservative family my parents only goal is to get me married to a nice rich guy so they can finish there job, today is my first day to start a career and my mom is already pissed that I said I want some time for marriage.

        Mom: I don't understand why you want to do this job? don't we have enough for your needs at this age girls were supposed to get married have kids and enjoy a family life, its very sad of you that you want to work some minimum salary like we don't provide you enough.

        Srishti: Mom enough I am doing this to improve myself and have my own identity till now I have an identity coming from you and after marriage I will have my husband identity then what about me? I want to live for myself and i want to do something for myself.

      Mom: Do as you wish but only until we find you a suitable groom once it's done you have to listen to us and I am not taking no as an answer.

     Srishti: I don't have time for this mom today is my first day and I am really excited about this so no marriage talks. Bye.

I really don't understand what's with this you are a girl so your only job is to get married and give birth to kids of course marriage is beautiful and having kids is a blessing but it should happen with a right person at the right time not just because it has to happen, I don't know how I will convince my parents but that's problem for another day by putting all these thoughts aside I enter the office where I show my offer letter in the reception and they guided me to the training room where I see another 10-12 new joiners along with me, I am happy that I will have a chance to make new friends and soon enough a handsome hot figure is in front of us introducing himself "Hello everyone, I am Srikanth and I am your team leader and welcome to the team we have 40 mem in my team and you are the new additions you have your trainers with the help of them I hope you will finish your training and help the team at earliest. see you soon have a nice day." 

the moment he left everyone was like wow what a man yes they are not wrong he is very handsome and hot but why am I thinking about this I had an argument with mom about boys and here I am all going on and off about the team lead, he is cute he is sexy but he is boss and he is basically at least 7-8 years older than me so that will not happen right, I kept saying this in my mind and tried to focus more on the job. since today is just induction we just introduced ourselves and had a tour of the office what is the work we are doing and all that with all of this going on its already 5 and its time to go home, I made few friends on my first day so not bad.

After reaching home, I don't know why but I am constantly thinking about my lead his height, his voice his expression he just had a glance at me but I was so aww about him but to distract me I always have my mom, she entered my room without any notice seriously what's the problem to give your kid a little privacy, I guess Privacy and Indian parents don't get along however she dodged into the room and asking about my day and after I had dinner and tried to finish fast and comeback to my room because I have to prepare for tomorrow.

Srikanth's POV: it's general office day as usual before I go to the office I will have this discussion with mom about my marriage which I try to avoid but she bought up on breakfast and I couldn't just stop.

       Mom: Sri, when will you get married your aunt bought some alliances just have a look and say whom do you like we will take care of the rest you are already 30. Try to understand from our point of view also, just because one girl ditched you doesn't mean all are the same. Please make up your mind.

    Srikanth: Mom Please not now, I am not interested and please don't bring this topic to me again. I am not saying all girls are cheaters but I need time to think about other relation or even about other women just give me some time.

   Mom: But how much time Sri can you give me a time line so I will not ask you till that time line.

   Srikanth: Mom it's not an exam I just don't know it may happen today or evening or a week or a month or even a year or 5. It happens when the time comes so just leave the topic and bless me I am going to office and don't bother aunt with other alliances see you evening love you.

while travelling to office in the car

Srikanth POV: Just every morning the same discussion marriage marriage as a mom she is right my parents always supported me from childhood whatever I want if they find it right then there are no discussions in my career in my love in everything they supported but still that was not enough for Bindu to stay she left me after that failed love story and heart break I changed my focus towards my job and with god's grace everything is going on well and I don't think about it so much now what I feel is love should come to us we should not keep looking for it, if the time is right it just happens.

So as soon as I enter the office I see a beautiful young lady showing an offer letter she is so beautiful and her face and eyes speaks of innocence I was awestruck by her and thought may be a new joiner and don't know whose team she will be just hoped but the innocence in her eyes is making me think of her only. I just ignored all these thoughts and went to training room as we also have few new joiners in my team so as soon as I entered I saw her again and I realized she is in my team means she will be in my team after the training I don't know why but I am really happy she is way very young may be 22 or 23 so 7-8 years is large may be its just attraction and I left. but the thought of her didn't leave my mind, I started getting thoughts that I am being creepy she is just a child and once I got all the forms of new joinees I saw her date of birth she is legit 10 years younger to me how can I even think she is attractive. I just finished my other works and went home and had dinner and came to my room, even though after knowing everything I just don't know why her eyes are not leaving my mind without thinking too much I just dozed off.

So hello guys, how did you like my first draft and first chapter both found each other attractive despite knowing there will be an age gap will there feelings be something more and what will happen in there story?
