You look so hot while you’re playing football. Today, during the whole football match, you were the only one my eyes would follow. Every single time you looked to the side where I was sitting, my heart would do flips.
Recently, we’ve been meeting at school from time to time. You are a really kind and fun person to be around, which has made me fall in love with you more and more. Are we close friends now? I think so.
The match was almost over, and your team was in the lead. I was extremely happy seeing how happy you looked when the match concluded with your team taking the win.
But suddenly, when we made eye contact, the way I instantly smiled at you and you did the same made me feel things. Why are you so pretty when all you did was simply smile?
"Congrats, you played well," I said.
"Thank you," you said, smiling, but you caught me off guard by hugging me suddenly. My body hesitated to move, and I was completely stiff. My cheeks and ears were flaming hot, coloring my cheeks with a bright redness.
"Mia, I need to ask you something," you said after letting go of the hug, making me nod.
"Would you like to be my girlfriend?" You dropped the bomb. If you could hear my heartbeat, it was going crazy. I was on the edge of going insane. I wanted to run away as far as possible because this feeling was so overwhelming.
"You are kidding, right?" These were the only words my mouth could let out. I didn’t trust my own ears. What if I was hearing things? I was looking around anxiously, waiting for someone to say this was a prank because why would you want to date someone like me? I’m not pretty at all. You are gorgeous and could easily date a very pretty girl, unlike me.
"Mia, look at me, I’m not kidding," you said, cupping my face and making me look into your eyes. They were full of adoration and love. I had never seen your eyes like this before.
