Today was the day that your eighteen year old daughter was bringing home her boyfriend. Now your probably wondering what Levi's reaction to all this is, so how about we begin the story shall we?
"Levi, come and help set the table!" You call out to your husband.
"I will, just give me a minute!" He calls back.
'What the hell is that man up to now?' You think as you pull a roast out of the oven.
"Hey (D/N), what time did you say he was arriving at?" You ask.
"He said around 8:30." She says as she comes down the stairs.
You look at the clock to see that it was 8:25.
'God, don't let him be late.' You think as you set the roast on the table.
"Levi, get your ass in here and help already?" You shout.
"Fine, but I'll be cleaning something while at the table." He says as he walks in holding his shotgun.
"Levi, put that damn thing away!" You shout as he sits down at the table.
"Tch, I'm just cleaning it, I won't do anything." Levi says as he begins to 'clean' it.
Suddenly, you hear the doorbell ring.
"I'll go get it!" (D/N) shouts as she races to the door.
"Ah, young love." You say, earning a deadly glare from Levi.
You then see a boy with two-toned hair walk in.
"Mom, Dad, this is Jean." (D/N) introduces.
"Hello, its finally nice to meet (D/N)'s parents." The boy says as he stretches out his hand to you.
You immediately shake it, while saying "Its a pleasure to meet you too."
He then walks up to Levi and holds his hand out to him.
'Please God, don't let Levi kill him.' You silently prayed as Levi grasps the boy's hand while saying "Likewise."
As soon as Levi takes ahold of Jean's hand, his face contorts into one of pain. That's when you stepped in.
"Levi, go put that gun away, its going to take up a lot of space on the dinner table." You say, earning a bunch if curses and grumbles from Levi as he gets up to put the gun away.
"Sit down and enjoy dinner, I made enough for seconds." You say as Jean and (D/N) sit together.
Levi walks back in and sits down next to you.
'Here comes Levi's interrogation.' You think as you take a sip from your drink.
"So how long have you known my daughter?" Levi asks.
"Well, I've known her for about five years now." Jean answers.
"How long have you been dating?" Levi asks.
"For about three years." Jean answers again.
"Have you two done anything?" When Levi asks this, (D/N) nearly chokes on her food.
"Dad, that's personal!" She shouts.
You just let out a long sigh before calling out "Levi."
He stiffened when he heard your voice.
"Yes, (F/N)?" He asks.
You simply brought your hand up, and slapped him on the back of his head.
"Ow! What was that for!?" He shouts.
"That's a personal question, Levi." You scold.
"Jean, I am so sorry, but you know how fathers are when it comes to their baby girls." You apologize to him.
"No its fine, I completely understand, and to answer your question, no we haven't done anything." Jean says honestly.
'Good, he isn't one of those lying assholes.' You think as you look at Levi from the corner of your eye.
Levi looks happy with the boy's answer.
(D/N) then excused herself from the table, in order to use the restroom.
"So, um, Mr. and Mrs. Ackerman, I have something I want to ask you." Jean suddenly says.
"Oh, and that would be?" You ask.
"I would like to marry your daughter." He says.
Levi spits his tea out, while you set you eating utensils down, and lean back in your chair as you fold your hands on your lap. You then raise an eyebrow, while asking "What makes you think, we would allow you to marry our daughter?"
Jean sits there for a moment and thinks, he finally looks in your eyes and says "Nothing."
You smirk at the answer, while Levi says "Explain yourself."
"I am not the most perfect person for your daughter, hell I believe that she should deserves someone better, but I love your daughter with all my heart. If she were to love someone else, I would happily accept the fact, knowing that she is happy, makes me just as happy. I understand that if you were to deny my request, but just realize this, that no matter what I will always love your daughter." He says confidently.
After his little speech, you and Levi look at each other and nod. You turn back to face Jean, and you and Levi say in unison "We accept your request."
"But, if I find out that you made our daughter cry, I will rip you limb from limb, then sew you back together, only to do it again." You say.
"And if I find out that you made our daughter cry, just remember that I am a nutritious thug, that means I have connections. This also means that I can make you disappear off the face of the Earth." Levi threatens.
"I understand." Jean says as sweat rolls down his face.
(D/N) then returns from the bathroom, and after a few more minutes of talking, Jean is escorted out of the house. After he leaves, and (D/N) goes to her room, you turn to Levi and ask "What did you do?"
"I have no idea what your talking about, woman." Levi says.
"Don't bullshit me, you wouldn't have agreed if you didn't do something. Now tell me what you did." You demand.
"I may or may not have left Ruthless in his car." Levi states as he walks by you.
You simply sigh as you say "I expect you to get my dog back."
"I will, just not right now." Levi says walking up towards your bedroom.
"Yeah, he'll find his way home, I guess." You say as you follow Levi to your and Levi's bedroom.
'We really do have a perfect life.' You think happily as you make your way up the stairs.
