Eyesight had improved.
Clairvoyance.
The constant use of the clairvoyance will make the individual experience intense cluster headaches, headaches and worse.
Tearing up blood.
   

𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠;𝐊𝐢𝐦 𝐄𝐮𝐧𝐫𝐢𝐧.
Powerful hearing.
Hearing the thoughts of another individual on  command.
The constant use of mind reading or mind hearing, will make the individual experience excruciating pain in the ear like somebody is forcing a metal rod inside, intense headaches and worse, the ear will bleed and loud ringing noises will be the only thing the individual hears.
   

𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡; 𝐘𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐉𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐡𝐚𝐧.
Strong touch sensation.
Can feel the presence of an object or another individual anywhere within hundred meters around the area on purpose and will be able to tell what or who it is.
Constant experience of goosebumps or shivers will be felt along with the feeling of people's hand around the individual's body when constantly used.
   

𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐥; 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐉𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐨.
Increased sense of smell.
Be able to smell the presence and/or the emotion of the targeted individual, can also smell the strength and weakness of the targeted individual by smelling their emotions and decipher it.
Nosebleeds and headaches are the only mild side effects that the individual will experience.
But, tuberculosis will develop if the individual abusively use their strong senses..
Tuberculosis is 50/50 chance of happening.
   

𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞; 𝐋𝐞𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧.
Powerful taste senses.
The individual has some strong sense of taste, and will be able to consume anything to gain energy and strength, yes, can consume anything. Especially when the individual consumed human blood, like a vampire, they will gain incredible strength.
Also consuming poison won't work on them.
But also due to consuming blood, they will slowly rely on it and slowly change their body and immune system.
The normal teeth that they bore will grow into sharp fangs like a vampire, and they will drool here and there when they see blood, eyes turning pitch black and the skin sickly pale is what the outcome if used abusively.
