Back In Konoha which was being rebuilded after the kyuubi attack all the citizens were thankful that the demon finally died as they could go on with their lives but only a few people knew that the kyuubi is dead.

Damn that Kushina" Hiruzen swore as he stood on the hokage monument looking over the village.

About eleven years ago when minato had died Hiruzen had a wonderful idea of giving Naruko to danzo to be turned into a secret weapon for Konoha but when had arrived at the spot where Minato had died he had only saw Minato no Kushina or Naruko.

Hiruzen had sent everyone available ninjas to find Kushina and Naruko but so far the only thing the had find was a huge pool of blood that belongs to Kushina and no Naruko.

If Kushina hadn't interfere with my plans the Naruko could had been made the strong ninja in the world all while fighting to protect Konoha" Hiruzen said as he went to his office he needed to contact Jiraiya the best spy in the nation.
