Preliminary Match

Hiruzen eyes the twenty one genin's who had managed to pass the forest of death, the little girl in the fox mask especially reminded him of someone but he didn't know who.

Congratulations to all the genin's who made it through the forest, we will begin the preliminary matches so look up at the giant screen to see who will fight who" Hiruzen said as everyone gazed at the huge monitor and saw two names.

Narumi Uzumaki vs Tenten.

Narumi looked at her opponent and saw it was a girl with to hairstyled buns on her hair as both fighters made their way towards the middle of the Arena.

Shiranui Genma walked to the arena like the absolute badass he is as he looked at Narumi and Tenten and said.

Are you two ready" Genma asked as Narumi and Tenten nodded.

Hajime" Genma said as quickly got out of the way.

Tenten took out some explosive tags as she threw them at Narumi who managed to dodge them.

Narumi used her chakra chains to hold Tenten in place as did some handseals.

Wind Style: Wind Dragon Jutsu" Narumi said as she fired her attack at Tenten only to hit a log

Tenten smirked as she jumped out her hiding spot as she threw as many kunai's as she can as she was hoping that one of them would hit but to her surprise Narumi dodged all the kunai's.

How is she so fast" Tenten thought furiously as she made a mental note to ask her jonin instructor to train her in Taijutsu later.

Fire Style: Fire Fury" Narumi said as she stomped her feet on the ground as a geyser of fire erupted from the ground and hit Tenten causing her to scream in pain.

Water style: Water Punch" Narumi said as she coated her hand in water as she punched Tenten across the face sending her flying as she hit the wall and fell unconscious.

The Winner is Narumi Uzumaki" Genma said as everyone began cheering as Narumi made her way back to the stands as she sat next to Temari.

(The Rest of the matches went relatively same as the cannon the only exception is that Temari fought against Ino and Kankuro vs Sakura I don't need to tell you who won)

 the preliminaries over, the winners were then briefed on the last portion of the exam.

"Okay now you will get a tab telling you who you will face in the final exams" Hiruzen gestured Genma to get the box of tabs and give them to everyone to pick.

"Alright everyone pick a number" Genma said as everyone picked a random number.

"What are your numbers" Sarutobi spoke. The Genin's answered.

"7" Temari calls out.
