Quirk description: the user has incredibly complex and unique muscles, which allows them to manipulate and rotate their muscles and joints in various ways this allows them to perform advanced movement and acrobatics with ease and allows them to exert a greater amount of force and strength. The user's muscles will glow red when activating the quirk they will have fast movement and agility, and the user's muscles will make a loud and intense whirling sound, reminiscing of a drill or twisting metal and the more force and speed they exert from their muscles the louder it gets.

Side effects: muscles fatigue and strain.
