A Lonely Night

Chapter 6

Sousuke POV

After we told her everything to Akane and our Family History I couldn't help to worry about her taking all the information at once. I know involving her is not a very good decision but there's no way to keep this secret from her. I don't even know when we can't hold them in our arms anymore with this chaos following us everywhere.

We decided to train Akane on our skills so she could protect her little sister whenever we were not with them. I know letting my 8-year-old daughter hold a gun and a knife is not a good idea. I can be the worst parent in the world to ruin my daughter's life.

Flashback

I and Hasuna met when I was 18 and she was 17 that was 25 years ago, We accidentally bumped into each other while she was running away from someone with a horror and bloody face. She asked for help to save her from the gangsters who's chasing after her.

Gasping for air* she tried to speak but failed due to shortness of breath. "Help..Me..Please.." desperate lingers in her voice. I couldn't think straight but to lift her on my shoulders and started to run to my apartment near my school.

After running without a looking my back my room appeared in my sight I quickly shoot the pin code and enter inside. She's shaking and tears flowing down in her cheeks, I'm not a friendly guy to girls but in this situation I have no choice but to give her a warm hug while soothing her back.

She push me gently and her face red from embarrassment. She told me her name "Hasuna" and I do the same. Hasuna stayed with me for a few days but our feelings for each other grows as days goes by. From then we lived in my apartment until I graduated from College.

After 4 years, we learned that she was carrying Akane in her beautiful body, I was happy and scared to face the reality of what I'd done to Hasuna. Happy because I will have my own family but scared at the same time because of our true nature.

Something came to my mind of the day when Hasuna ran away from the gangsters and asked her about it, she told me everything about being the only daughter of a gangster but his father got killed on that day too. After getting home from school, she found five men in their house fighting her father and one of them stabbed him to death. Without thinking, she fought with them until she got outnumbered and ran away.

Why Hasuna can fight? Her father trained her when she was still five years old. I decided to train her as an assassin when we told each other secrets, welcoming her to my life means death and she knew that but still accepted it.
