Wai:

As I walked back to my dorm, I found my mom and dad waiting for me in the hall. They asked where I had been, remarking on how late it was.

"You haven't passed a single subject yet," my mom scolded. "You're always wasting time with that stupid guitar."

Feeling angry, I left the hall and slammed the door behind me, retreating to my room. Their words echoed in my mind, adding to the turmoil I was already feeling about everything, including him. I knew they were concerned about my grades and future, but their constant pressure was overwhelming.

In my room, I shut the door behind me, trying to calm down. I picked up my guitar, strumming a few chords to soothe myself. Music had always been my escape, my way of expressing emotions I couldn't put into words.

That night, I couldn’t sleep. My mind churned with worries about my parents' expectations and my confusion about him. The next morning, exhausted, I went to my classes on autopilot. As I entered the campus, I bumped into my friends and a senior.

"Weird vibe today, what’s up?" the senior asked, raising an eyebrow. "You've been hanging out with that guy you reported to the dean?"

I smirked, choosing not to answer directly. "Let's not dwell on that."

The senior gave me a knowing look. "Your game's already in motion, I can tell."

I laughed nervously, trying to conceal my unease, and hurried off to class.

Later that day, I received a message from him.

"Hey, how are you holding up?" he asked.

I smiled at his concern. "It's been a rough day. Can we meet up later?" I replied.

"Of course. Cafeteria?"

"Perfect. See you there."

That evening, we met at our usual spot in the cafeteria.

"You seemed off this morning. Want to talk about it?" he asked gently.

I sighed, feeling the weight of everything that had happened. "It's just... everything feels overwhelming right now."

He nodded understandingly. "It's tough juggling everything. But you don't have to face it alone. We can figure it out together."

As we left the café, he walked me back to my dorm. Just as I was about to bid him goodnight, he turned to me with a serious expression.

"There's something I need to tell you," he said.

My heart skipped a beat. "What is it?"

He took a deep breath. "I can't fight it anymore. I can't stop thinking about you. Let's give dating a shot and see where it leads. If it works out, great. If not, we can still be friends."

In my mind, the pieces of my plan seemed to be falling into place. The unexpected kiss and our subsequent conversations were aligning perfectly. This way, I believed, my revenge on Leo would be all the sweeter.

Back in the moment, I replied, "I'm glad you were honest with me. It means a lot."

Leo looked relieved. "Thank you for understanding."

As he walked away, my mind buzzed with anticipation. Step by step, my plan to get closer to Leo was unfolding, paving the way for the ultimate revenge.

"I just need one night," I thought, "and my revenge will be complete."

With a confident smile, I turned to Leo and said, "Please wait for me tomorrow morning. I'll pick you up for college."

Leo nodded, visibly relieved. "Sure, that sounds good."

As I walked away, a sense of satisfaction filled me. "Back to my plan," I thought, "Let's play this out. It's going to be fun, baby."

The game was about to begin, and I felt a thrill at the thought of everything falling into place perfectly.

Afterwards, I went home to surprise my sister, Mei. Despite my busy schedule, I managed to find time to see her. When she saw me, her face lit up with joy.

"You're home!" Mei exclaimed, her eyes sparkling with happiness.

I smiled, feeling a warm sense of relief and contentment. "Yeah, I finally found some time. I missed you."

She hugged me tightly. "I missed you too! Let's catch up. I want to hear everything."

For a moment, I allowed myself to bask in the genuine happiness of being with Mei. Later that night, as I lay in bed, a deep sense of satisfaction washed over me, knowing that Leo would soon regret his actions.
