Maya's P.O.V

As we biked to school I noticed all the girls piled up in one spot of the parking lot.

"Alex, should we go?"

"Nah, whatever it is we'll see and hear about it later."

"Okay."

As we locked up our bikes and walked inside I noticed it was Zayn. Ew, the one I hated the most. I didn't get why so many girls liked him, especially my sister! Whatever, I couldn't do anything about it anyways but I was wondering if I should tell Alex or not. She wasn't into him either but still liked him because apparently if you're a so called "directioner" you were suppose to like all of them. I didn't get any of this stupid things but then again, I wasn't Alex. I finally decided, I wasn't going to tell Alex. I mean it's her fault anyways 'cause she didn't want to stop and see who it was.

"39... 11.. 5..."

"Shush, I'm trying to remember my combo!"

"Oh Maya. You're so forgetful! If you head wasn't attached to your body you'd forget it!"

"Al, don't try to act like mom. You'll just seem more retarded."

"If I look retarded, you'll look like that too 'cause we look exactly the same"

"Ohhh, I never noticed that!" I sarcastically said but as I realized it, she was right. If she looked like it, I looked like it too but whateves, people can tell the difference 'cause I'm the smarter one.

"By the way, that was your combo, not mine."

"You should've told me earlier! Then I wouldn't have thought for like 10 minutes!" I was right about to hit her but she knew it was coming so she ran away. Alex and I have a weird sister friendship. I don't get why we don't fight that much. Usually sisters fight but not us. We just hit each other playfully but we end up having massive bruises everywhere but it's fine because we're use to to.

As I started to walk to class I noticed this kid named Kevin trying to get my attention.

"Hey Maya!"

"Hey Kev, what's up?"

"Are you going to class?"

"Yupp, why?"

"Let me walk you"

As he said that I felt my heart pounding faster and fast. Calm down Maya, it's just Kevin. There's nothing new about him. Just say yes.

"Yeah, sure."

"You're so cute when you blush."

"I am not blushing... Why should I be blushing?"

"I don't know, maybe it's because you like me?"

"Haha, your funny."

"Don't worry maya, I like you too."

"I- I-" I was cut off, Alex was skating down the halls getting chased by teachers and I had noticed it. "Did, I mention Alex was a rebellious cunt?" I told Kevin as I was frowning just a little bit.

"No, but hey-"

I cut him off before he could say anything. "I'm sorry Kevin I actually have to go and chase her down." Then I ran away as fast as I could to chase my little demon sister. Way to go for ruining my perfect moment with the guy I liked.

As I chased after my sister I figured where she was going; straight to where her a Peter always meet, but of course to today she was running late. I passed by some teacher and all they said was "Go get your sister Maya!" They knew me as the good one, and of course I was. I've always had straight A's since grade school and I don't think I'm stopping anytime soon. I really don't know what happened to Alex. She was a straight A student also until 8th grade. That's when everything stopped and she started to lack off, but one way or another she was still the rebel in our family since we were kids.

As I finally caught up to her she was close to her meeting point with Peter. "WAIT." I shouted. She suddenly jumped off her board and jumped on it to make it land in her hands.

"What do you want now Maya?"

"I need to talk to you."

"Oh come on! You know Peter's waiting, you can just tell me later."

"No I can't, Alex you need to stop pulling stunts like this. Seriously, it's really annoying how I have to chase after you and what not just to keep you out of trouble. I even lost a perfect moment right now!"

"Like what? Now I really have to go, Peter's waiting."

"Alexandra! I lost a perfectly good moment with-" 

"Kevin?! I'm really sorry I didn't know!"

"You never know.."

"If you care so much about him then why don't you just leave me?"

"Because your my sister and I don't want you to get in trouble."

"Thanks, but I actually enjoy getting in trouble so..."

"What ever, just go to Peter now"

"Haha, okay. Good luck with him! It looks like he chased you down to." And as I turned around Alex then disappeared with Peter.
