*The camera pans across the high-security cells. TERENCE LEWIS, a menacing figure, is pacing in his cell. The hum of the security system fills the air.*
**TERENCE** (to himself)
It's time to make my move.
*Suddenly, a loud explosion rocks the prison. The wall crumbles, and BOOGIE GUS and TIM SCAM appear in the debris, covered in dust and wearing determined expressions.*
**BOOGIE GUS** (grinning)
Ready to bust out of here, Terence?
**TERENCE** (smiling wickedly)
Perfect timing, gentlemen. Let's get out of here.
*The three villains make their escape through the hole in the wall, disappearing into the night. Alarms blare as they vanish into the darkness.*
*INT. WOOHP HQ - MAIN OFFICE - DAY*
*JERRY LEWIS stands in front of a large monitor displaying the prison break footage. His face is etched with concern. He presses a button on his desk, initiating the WOOHP signal.*
*INT. VARIOUS LOCATIONS - DAY*
*SAM, CLOVER, ALEX, BRITNEY, TAD, DEAN, and BLAINE are all WOOHPED from their respective locations in various comical ways. Sam is pulled out of a library, Clover from a shopping spree, Alex from a yoga class, Britney from a gym, Dean from a martial arts training session, and Blaine from surfing.*
*INT. WOOHP HQ - MAIN OFFICE - MOMENTS LATER*
*The spies, now assembled, look at Jerry with concern.*
**SAM** What's going on, Jerry?
**JERRY** (grave)
My Brother, Terence has escaped from federal prison. He kidnapped Toby and is forcing him to create stronger WOOHP gadgets. Along with Tim Scam and Boogie Gus, they plan to take over the world.
**CLOVER** (gasping)
Not Toby!
**ALEX** (sad)
Poor Toby...
**JERRY** Sam, Clover, Alex, Britney, Dean, and Blaine, your mission is to rescue Toby and bring Terence, Boogie Gus, and Tim Scam back to federal prison. Tad, you will stay here to help with the current WOOHP gadgets and check on your and the girls' babies.
*TAD nods, understanding the gravity of the situation.*
*INT. TAD'S BEACH HOUSE - DAY*
*ARNOLD is nervously watching over baby MARC, BLAKE, and RAY. TAD is giving him a stern look.*
**TAD** Arnold, I'm giving you another chance. Watch the kids and don't fool around. I'll check in from time to time. If you do your job successfully, I'll try to convince the girls or Jerry to give you another shot at working for WOOHP.
**ARNOLD** (sincerely)
I appreciate it, Tad. I won't let you down.
*Tad leaves, and Arnold starts playing with the babies, trying to keep them entertained.*
*EXT. CITY STREET - DAY*
*TERENCE, TIM SCAM, and BOOGIE GUS are driving a van, with Toby tied up in the back. Toby is working on gadgets under duress.*
**TERENCE** (to Toby)
Hurry up! We need those gadgets operational.
**TOBY** (struggling)
I'm working as fast as I can!
*INT. TAD'S BEACH HOUSE - DAY*
*TIM SCAM, disguised as a salesman, knocks on the door. ARNOLD answers.*
