Peter. After the raid on Miraz castle.

Scene from Relight my Moon.
Layla's pov :

***
It was dawn when we returned to the How. Half our army were now dead and the boys were not happy about that. Peter had a sour look on his face while Caspian didn't say anything. I walked behind them with Susan and Edmund while the remaining Narnians followed behind us.

Lucy ran out to greet us but one look at us told her that something was wrong. "What happened?" She asked.

"Ask him," Peter replied sourly.

"Peter," Susan sighed.

"Me?" Caspian questioned. "You could have called it off. There was still time."

"No, there wasn't thanks to you. If you had kept to the plan, those soldiers might still be alive right now."

"If you'd stayed here like I suggested, they definitely would be!"

"You called us, remember?" Peter retorted.

"My first mistake," Caspian replied.

"No. Your first mistake was thinking you could lead these people."

I sighed exasperatedly, nearly slapping my forehead.

Peter started to walk away but Caspian shot back at him again.

"Hey! We're not the ones who abandoned Narnia."

"You invaded Narnia," Peter shouted back at him. "You have no more right to it than Miraz does!"

Caspian shoved past him, this would not end well.

"You, him, your father....Narnia's better off then the lot of you!"

They both yelled and drew their swords at each other.

"ENOUGH!!" I roared, stomping my foot on the ground. A large earthquake opened up, the crack raced towards the boys then split in two and shot up two alike stone stumps sending them both tumbling to the ground. A vine shot up and took their swords.

I held out my hands at them each with green orbs at ready. "You're both acting like insensible children! This is not how leaders should act!"

They looked at me in fear. Even Peter who had experienced most of my powers before.

"I'm the Guardian! Yet neither of you had the minds to consult me about it! Or Aslan for that matter." I sighed, "Lucy was right, this shouldn't have happened and to think I could have prevented it."
