I woke up and heard dad and papa fighting with each other. I heard my name and a glass crushed. I changed clothes and ran to a playground. I sat down on a swing and breathed out. Dad would go out to clam down and come back home drunk.
"Sarah?" asked a familiar voice. I looked up and saw my best friend Max. I hugged her tightly and tears were streaming down my cheeks. I've missed her so much.

I went back home and papa met us. "Let's have fun tonight." said Emile. "Thank you, but what if dad come home?" I asked worried. "We'll be fine." said Emile and I nodded. Papa drove to the cinema. After the movie we went to a restaurant and ate a good dinner. We laughed and had a lot of fun. I've never been so happy before.
