These unspoken wordz must be heard
Everyday I look outside and see people of all colors
From the light-skinned beauties to the dark-skinned goddesses
From the less fortunate to the well off
We must look at ourselves and ask this question
Am I happy?
These unspoken wordz must be heard
My brothers and sisters are troubled from the demons that they face
If they're hanging from the ceiling they'll be left without a trace
Everybody at the finish line but this is not a race
My people way behind but we must keep up the pace
I see a troubled man when I'm looking at your face
Popping pill after pill but you saying your ok
People worry about the past but we're living in today
Man our faith disappeared and we ain't even decay
But this ain't the end so lets try to find a way
Man we gotta use our mind even when our hair gray
We should try to put a smile on a face and lead the way
Really though we ain't happy so what else should I say?
I'm looking at the night sky and gazing with my third eye
Lord lead us to the greater way before we die
History disposed now it ceased to exist
Ask yourself this question
Is this really what I wished?
