Lily was speechless hearing his name. Isn't that name a little weird!, doesn't seem like korean to me!

Yoongi was curious about her crying earlier, so he very cautiously said, "Can I ask you something?"

Lily replied, amused by his tone,"It's a free country, you can do whatever you want, unless it's illegal of course."

Yoongi smiled at her easing the tension so easily and continued asking about her reason for crying earlier.

Lily was hesitant at first , she had never talked to a stranger about her problems while being sober, but this stranger was different, he felt like a long lost friend.

Yoongi asking her about it made her remember everything all over again. Unknowingly, her eyes filled with tears.

Seeing her tearful, he immediately tried to change the topic thinking of something to make her laugh,

Think of something, come on , anything!

Then suddenly, he blurted ,"Are you Korean?", immediately closing his eyes, feeling embarrassed.

Really!? Are you korean!! Such a stupid question, Yoongi.  He scolded himself.

There was an awkward silence which was then filled with Lily's laughter. Yoongi watched her, mesmerized by her laugh which was cute and weird at the same time.

Lily replied in between her laughs, trying to breathe, "Yes, I am, from Seoul actually, as you can see from my flawless Korean. Let's ignore the part with you struggling to understand whatever I said...in korean."

Yoongi was clearly embarrassed but it didn't matter cause he made her laugh, that's all that mattered to him right now.

Ruffling his hair a little he smiled at her denying that her Korean was flawed, "It just needs a little grooming, that's all."

"Sure!", she said in a teasing voice.

Yoongi just kept looking at her, waiting for her to continue.

"Well, before coming here I broke up with my boyfriend.....actually he kinda cheated on me.", Lily said after some time, looking straight towards the beautiful sunset.

"Oh! That's awesome!", Yoongi continued feeling a little sad for her.

Lily was confused, what did he just say?

"Awesome?, why would it be awesome?, do you not know what breakup means or for some weird reason, getting cheated on means something good here.", she was offended.

Yoongi looked at her, squinting his eyes, thinking, then said, "Doesn't awesome mean very bad?"

Suddenly, Lily realised,"Oh! You mean awful!", she was laughing throwing her head back almost falling from the bench.
Yoongi quickly held her, stopping her from face planting on the ground.

Thanking him, Lily sat straight and politely asked him to speak in Korean, "I will try my best to understand, I promise."

Yoongi rolled his eyes, trying to look offended but agreed anyways.

They sat in silence, enjoying the beautiful sky painted with orange hue. He liked how Lily didn't immediately try to fill it with words but actually enjoyed the peace, like him.
Every other girl he had met, couldn't shut up for even one second.

Lily, however was different. Yoongi liked this different.

Just then, he heard a rumbling sound.

Oops! Guess, someone didn't have dinner!
