"Can I see the complete billing for this room?" Yuri asked the staff that had been on standby all morning for anything they might require, while Woozi's mother was busy packing their belongings into a suitcase. Despite being wealthy enough to afford the services, her mother felt it only natural to do everything herself. So, while her adoptive mother was distracted, Yuri put the assisting staff to use. "Can you also check for any outstanding payments as well? I would like it if you could arrange the bills and bring a card reader to finish all formalities."

The lady nodded with a smile and disappeared from the room to follow up on the orders. Yuri then diverted her attention to the open handbag that lay sprawled on her hospital bed. She glanced inside it, shaking her head. "Eomma, we can't take these brushing kits with us. I'm afraid you'll have to leave them here!"

The elderly woman waddled out of the bathroom carrying more, surprised. "What? Why? We've already opened up a couple of these that they won't be able to use," she complained. "And have you seen what they're charging us for one VIP room? This is nothing close to a grain of salt against it."

It had been nearly two weeks since Yuri had been admitted to the hospital. For the first time in months, Yuri found herself well-rested. For once, no one was going to spike her beverages and foods. Yuri could escape from the constant scrutiny and, under the loving care of her adoptive mother, Yuri shamefully gained back a little weight that she'd lost to stress.

"Alright, Eomma," Yuri chided, a large grin on her face. "But just three, okay? Any more and they'll get suspicious. Just because it's free doesn't mean they aren't checking on the stock."

Woozi and Yuri's mother was just about to add a few more while muttering fine when a familiar ringtone made it to their ears. I-Doll had recently made a comeback and safely passed the two-week promotion period. Yuri had been singing it all day and night, so much so that it had become her ringtone. Waving to her mother, gesturing for her to do as she liked, Yuri picked up the call, placing it to her ear. "Oh, Oppa?" she addressed her brother on the other side. "Have the songs for your next mini-album already been decided?"

"Yes. Bumzu hyung got our tracklist finalized," Woozi answered from the other end. "It's as you predicted. They want an English title, so we'll go for a double title track after all. He's also asking if you'll mix a few for us."

Yuri answered in the affirmative as she watched the hospital staff enter the door. "Of course, Oppa," she said. "You can count on me." The lady diligently stood at a distance waiting for Yuri's call to finish, making her smile. She beckoned the staff member to approach her, deciding to give up on the call instead. "Anyway, Oppa, I think I'll have to go. I need to sign a few papers before I leave the hospital."

"Yah, that!" Woozi's surprised voice stopped Yuri in her tracks. "I called to ask you about that, and you sidelined me with your work talk." He complained, pointing a finger at her. Yuri could imagine it vividly, the slight turn of her brother's head and an ajhussi-like 'ah-right' sounding involuntarily.
