Part two. School

Jake parks the car and we both get out. What an asshole. I walk away from him and find my friend group. V, Fiona and Debbs, those are my best friends we're always there for each other and always hang out.

"You guys would not believe what happened this morning" I say to them

"of course something happened what was it." V sighed

"Well I woke up and my parents were awake which is weird and then I got a text that fucking Jake would come pick me up this morning and then..." I ramble to them about my morning.

We get in the school and put our things in our lockers, sadly I got separated from all my friends how tf is that fair good thing there's only 1 month left of school.

We all say bye and I part ways with them, my first class was English, of course with Jake... I get in class and sit in the back, no one sits in the front only nerds. There's still 2 left till class starts and I'm one of 5 people in class rn. It's amazing it's so quiet I wish it was always like that.

"Brooooo that is so crazy!!! Wish I was there to see that happen" Alex, one of Jake's friend says laughing, of course they had to ruin the nice peace I had.

I've always had a little thing for Alex hes always nice to me, cares for me, cute and.. what am I talking about?!

All of his friends grabbed a seat except for Jake there were no more seats how unfortunate now he has to sit with me in my personal space. Now he really owes me.

Jake sits down beside me, the only thing I can smell is his fucking insane amount of cologne.

"Wtf dude where did you get cologne it smells terrible" I say holding my nose.

"Don't worry about it jackass the ladies dig it" he smirks at me, I scoff and roll my eyes.

The bell rings and the teacher gets rushes in the classroom.

"Good morning class hope you are all doing well today we will be writing an essay" the whole class groans in annoyance, of course she chose to do an essay first thing in the morning, I have no motivation to write an essay.

"You guys can chose the topic something you can write a lot about don't forget about everything I've told you guys throughout the year you guys need to practice for your end of the year exams, this is the last practice you get. No talking and good luck!" The teacher says smiling.

I take out a paper write my name, date, class, and my teacher names and set my pencil down. That's good enough for today.

I put my head down on my desk and think about Alex. His brown fluffy hair, his blue eyes, his.. I need to stop this! If I like Jake's friend he will murder me idk why but this kid has issues.

"Emily you aren't gonna write anything this is our last period?" Jake says he actually seemed a little concerned for me.

"Can't fucking think about anything, bored, tired and don't wanna be here right now so no I'm not gonna write I'm gonna sleep, if you have a problem with that go see the teacher." I say closing my eyes

"Okay suit yourself, if you fail it's gonna be your problem not mine. Attitudy." He says rolling his eyes.

I ignore him and sleep.

"Emily wake up, Emily you alright?" I hear my teacher say.

I get up and look at her.

"Yeah sorry I'm just really tired and uh." The whole class looks at me. Fucking look somewhere else dickwads I wish I had the balls to say that to the class.

"And what sweetheart is there anything I should know?" She says rubbing my back.

"My period cramps are just so so bad." I whisper to her and obviously lie, anything to not do this essay.

"Oh sorry I hope it gets better why don't you go ahead to the nurse's office and get some rest."

I get up, grab my things and leave this class. I turn around and give Jake and bitchy smile. He flips me off, like always. Instead of going to the office I just skip and leave school.

I step out the school trough the back doors and start walking to Starbucks with all the other main areas like shoppers, dollar tree , mc Donald's, target you get the point. It's about 20 minutes from the school. Good thing it's nice and warm out, I do wish Alex could be here with me rn holding my ha-. I seriously need help idk how to stop.

Anyways back to reality. Sadly.

I'm now about 5 minutes away from the crosswalk which means 5 minutes away from Starbucks so 10 more minutes.

5 minutes pass and I make it to the crosswalk I press the button to cross the road and yk lucky me as soon as I pressed it, it said it was my turn to go I'm just better like that.

I sprint to the Starbucks. I'm so fucking hungry and now I can get the Starbucks that Jake owes me. Good thing I can use his money from his credit card that I stole from his bag.

So sneaky aren't I?

I get in the Starbucks and get everything I was gonna get this morning. It's about 9:30 so class like just finished.

I'm so fucking bored I wish my friends could be here but there to goody to shoes to skip so that's not happening.

I hear my name being called to get my things. I grab it all and find a table to sit at. There's nothing else to do then scroll on TikTok. So that's exactly what I did.

For one fucking hour straight.

I figured since I finished my food I mean I still have my drink but thats not gonna keep me here for another hour so I should probably get going somewhere else.

I mean the mall is a close walk about 10 minutes and I have a special someone's credit card...

I gather up my things and open the door. But as soon as I do so someone bumps into me and spills my drink all over me I didn't get to see who it was I was to busy trying to get napkins to wipe off the most I can. Until I hear a recognizable voice.
