As soon as I hear the beeping I make sure to make it stop I can't wake my father up. I open my eyes and look at the ceiling. Just staring into space. I look at the time next to me and see that it is 7:45 am I have another hour and 15 minutes before I have to work. I carefully sit up in my bed. Minding my bruise and cuts from yesterday evening. I swing my legs of the side my matras and stand up.
I walk to the bathroom holding my ribs. They hurt like a bitch. I open the bathroom door and walk in and close the door behind me. I take my clothes off and stare at myself in the mirror. Al I see is a broken girl. Someone who is dead inside no happiness in her. I look at my stomach and every inch of it is blue and purple with green. I turn around and look at my back. It's worse. I stare at myself every inch of me is covered in bruises, cuts, burn marks and scars. I look at my face and see that my left eye is black and purple and I have a busted lip. Great. Note to sarcasm.
I finally step away from the mirror and get in the cold water. I close my eyes and feel the cold water coming down my body. Everything hurts. But I am used to it. I wash my body and step out of the shower ignoring my appearance. I go back to my room and pick some clothes for work. A black long sleeved shirt with low waist jeans.

A/n the outfit
I look at the clock and it says 8:07 am. I walk back to the bathroom and look in the mirror and see that I need to cover my black eye so I do a natural makeup look. The only thing that isn't covered is my lip but that doesn't matter. I grab some perfume and brush my hair.
I walk downstairs and make breakfast for my father. Otherwise he will yell at me. As I am cooking his breakfast I feel my stomach growling. I continue cooking because if I eat I will get beaten. The last time I eat is around 4 days ago. I think. Anyways I am finally done with cooking. So I grab a plate and a beer and place it on the table. I look at the clock and see that it's 8:30 am so I start heading out the door.
The neighborhood I live isn't exactly safe. It takes me longer than normal because last nights beating took a toll on me. After walking for 25 minutes I arrive.
I walk inside and greet the chef. 'Hey Lee' I say to the chef 'Hey how is my favorite person doing' he asks 'I'm great as always how about you?' I ask 'Very good but we need to get ready' he said 'Yeah yeah I know I'm on it' I say with a chuckle.
Lee is like a grandfather for me he always puts a smile on my face and asks me how I'm doing. I know him since I started working here and that was about 2 years ago.
I walk in the back and put my stuff in my locker and put my apron on. I walk to the tables and put some placemats on them. I look at the clock and it's exactly 9:00 am. I put the sign from closed to open and stand behind the register. And wait for people to come in and another worker.
After about 5 minutes the first customer comes in. 'Hai sir what can I get ya' I said politely he smiled at me and said 'Hai can I get a latte' 'Ofc that would be 2 dollars' I said with a smile He takes out his wallet and pays for the drink. I start making his drink when I hear the bell of the restaurant ringing. I look up as I wait for the coffee and she my coworker Lucy walk in. 'Heyy babess' she says with a smile waving at me 'Heyy girl' I say as I see her walk to the back.
'Here's your latte sir' I say with a smile. 'Thank you dear' he says and walks away.

'Here you go ma'am' I hear Lucy sailing to an old lady. She was the last customer. It's currently 5:45 pm so Lucy closes the door and does the sign on closed. She looks at me and says 'Finally done for the day' with a sight and sits down at one of the boots of the restaurant. I sit next her and say 'You are done I still need to close ya know' with a sad smile she looks at me with an 'I'm sorry look' and walks away to the back.
After a few minutes Lucy comes back out and says 'See ya tomorrow' and walks out I sigh and stay seated in the boot and wait a little longer. I'm in so much pain.
After a few more minutes sitting there and make the pain a little bit better. Lee came out and said 'Bye kid see you tomorrow' and walked out. I put my head on the table and my arm around my ribs . 'Fuck' I scream from the pain and hiss.
Suddenly I hear the bell of the restaurant. So I look up and see three man standing with there back to me. 'Heyy we're closed' I said and at that moment they turn to me and walk closer.
I can't do this right now
I slowly stand up with my hand on my ribs. I hiss I don't think they can hear me. Two walk closer and now I can see their face. Their faces are stone cold. They're kinda hot. I think. I look for danger and weapons.
Ooh fun fact I'm also a street fighter and racer. When I was younger I had a neighbor that was in a gang he learned me everything. When there was war between the two gangs I could go with him and help. He moved but he sometimes comes around the cafe.

Anyways they had guns on them. 'Look were really in the need for a coffee' one of the guys said with a smile I looked at the clock and saw that it is 6:02 pm.
Father is coming back tomorrow evening So you have time
'Okay sit anywhere you want' I said and smiled at them. 'Thank you so much' the same guy said and walked to the other guy. I let my hand fall and walked to the counter to grab some menus for them and walk over.

'Heyy I got the menu for you guys' I say as I give the menu's to the first two guys. I give the menu to the guy I haven't seen and spoken to today. I give him the menu. I make eye contact.

I got awoken out of my thoughts by someone clearing there throat. I look away. Feeling my face heat up. 'Uhm l-let me kknow when you want to order' I say and walk away.
I can feel them staring at me. I walk to the counter and open the cash register. I count how many tips we have and money.
'Excuse me' one of the guys says. I walk to them. 'Yes' i said 'What's your name' he asked I look confused and point at my name tag. 'Miss there's no name tag' he said as the other guys just stare at me. 'Fuck' I say when I hear chuckling. 'My name it's Aurora' I say 'And you guys' I ask them 'I'm Noah' the blonde haired guy says 'I'm Jason' the dark skinned with blue eyes says I smile at them and look at the next guy 'I'm Alexander, love' he says with a smirk making me blush.
'Alright have you guys decided?' I ask 'Yeah just three black coffees' Noah says 'Alright it will be right up' I say and take there menus and walk away.
