Jin's Request

-YOONGI'S POV-

I was working in my studio while Eunji was looking over the set list for the American Music Awards. Eunji said, "If there's one performance I'm excited for, it's Christina Aguilera's performance."

I looked up and asked, "Why?"

"She's doing a tribute to the late great Whitney Houston which is one of Alisha's favorite artists. I listened to a lot of Whitney Houston when I stayed with her," Eunji explained.

Then we heard the doorbell ring. Eunji stood up and opened the door, "Oh, hello, Jin-oppa."

I looked up and nodded, "Hello, Jin-hyung."

Jin-hyung sat on the couch and looked at Eunji, "Eunji, you wouldn't mind if I spoke to Yoongi man-to-man, would you?"

Eunji smiled, "I wouldn't mind at all. I need to find Mi Ho-unni anyway."

Eunji gave me a hug and a kiss, then said, "Behave yourselves."

Once she closed the door behind her, I asked, "So, what did you need Eunji out of the room for?"

Jin-hyung chuckled, "Well, it's a matter of great importance. As everyone knows, my wedding will be happening after the American Music Awards."

I nodded, "Yes, Mi Ho has talked about it often enough."

Jin-hyung nodded, "I was involved in a lot of the planning, but there were two things that she gave me full control over: the wedding feast and who to appoint my best man."

I began to put the pieces together, but I wanted to hear him say it himself. Jin-hyung smiled at me, then asked, "Yoongi, will you do me the honor of being my best man?"

I was shocked at first, then I felt tears escape my face. Jin-hyung chuckled and handed me a facial tissue. I managed to calm down after a while and said, "Of course I would."

Jin-hyung smiled, "Thanks, Yoongi."

EUNJI'S POV:

"Jin-oppa wants Yoongi to be his best man? Yoongi would definitely do it," I told Mi Ho-unni while I was helping her repair tears in some costumes by hand sewing them.

"I expected as much. Now he has his best man, I have my maid of honor," she told me while patting my shoulder.

I smiled, "At least it's happening after the awards show."

"Thank goodness. I couldn't imagine getting married before he makes his American TV debut," Mi Ho-unni replied.

Then we saw both men walk toward us. I smiled, "Everything good?"

Yoongi hugged me and said, "I'm the best man."

I smiled and hugged him back, "That's great! We will have a great wedding ahead of us!"

"Have fun planning the bachelor party!" Mi Ho-unni told him.

Yoongi sighed, then told me, "I may need help from the rest of the group."

Jin-oppa laughed, "Good luck, Yoongi."

-YOONGI'S POV-

I laughed, then Eunji said, "You didn't cry too much, did you?"

I looked at her and said, "You knew?"

Eunji nodded, "Of course I knew, but I was told not to say anything to you. Do you have any idea how hard that was not telling you?"

I shook my head, but I pulled her close and kissed her on the forehead, "Who do you think will be the next member to be married?"

Eunji chuckled, "There's no telling, but I know we'll be there for it."
