The Styling Trinity was called to Bang PD-nim's office. While we were walking, Mi Ho said, "What do you think happened this time?"
Minho-oppa answered with a smile, "It could be good news for once. You don't have to assume the worst when we're called."
Mi Ho-unni gave him a look, "You never know with that man."
I chuckled, then I knocked on the office door. Bang PD-nim called out, "Come in."
I opened the door and to my surprise, BTS was in there as well. They greeted us and they allowed Mi Ho-unni and I to sit in the chairs. Bang PD-nim smiled and said, "Now that we're all here, I have news to share with you."
I laid my hands on my crossed legs to keep them from shaking from anticipation. Bang PD-nim announced, "BTS has been invited to perform at the 2017 American Music Awards in Los Angeles."
It was silence for a moment, then there were cheers everywhere. I let out a breath I didn't realize I was holding. Mi Ho-unni said in a rapid-fire manner, "There's so much to plan. What outfits to prepare for the red carpet, what outfits for the stage-"
Jin-oppa cut her off by touching her shoulders, "Mi Ho, it will be fine. Your brilliant mind will have everything."
I smiled and walked toward her, "We have this, Unni."
Once we were allowed to leave, the Styling Trinity went straight to our office. I said, "So, the American Music Awards. We have the red carpet and the performance. Not only that, this will be BTS's American TV debut."
Minho-oppa nodded, "I'm sure the guys are more nervous than we are."
"While I'm thankful that we have time to prepare, I'm already stressed. I have to take their measurements again to have suits tailored," Mi Ho-unni told us.
"Also, I'm sure you'll be pulling double duty, Eunji. If Namjoon can't translate English, you'll be there," Minho-oppa told me.
I laughed, "You could translate too."
Mi Ho-unni laughed, "That would be hilarious."
We continued to discuss what to on the day of the performance, then I had an idea. I asked, "Why don't we see how the guys are doing?"
We walked to the practice room and the guys were already rehearsing. I chuckled, "Gentlemen, I understand that this is a big moment for everyone, but don't work yourselves to the ground."
Namjoon looked at me and smiled, "We know, Noona, but this is our first American TV performance. We want to make a great first impression."
I nodded, "I understand."
Hobi smiled, "One more time and we'll rest for 30 minutes."
"Thank you, Hobi," I replied.
They went over "DNA" one more time, then Yoongi walked over to me and hugged me. I smiled, "Are you excited?"
He nodded, but continued to hug me. I saw Jungkook stand up and said, "I'm grabbing some water."
We all acknowledged him and he walked away. Yoongi whispered to me, "He's going to see Soo Ji, isn't he?"
I whispered back, "That obvious, huh?"
JUNGKOOK'S POV:
Since I only had 30 minutes, I had to find Soo Ji-noona. After 5 minutes of searching, I saw Soo Ji-noona in a practice room dancing.

When the dance was over, I applauded, "That was beautiful."
Soo Ji-noona looked at me and said, "Thank you."
I slowly walked toward her and said, "BTS will be performing at the 2017 American Music Awards."
Soo Ji smiled, "That's great! I'll make sure that me and Sulli watch it!"
I smiled, then I said, "There's something else I want to talk about."
Soo Ji-noona sighed and leaned against the ballet barre, "Jungkook, we've talked about this."
"I know and I'm not trying to convince you to date me. What I want to say is I'm well aware of your situation and I see the positives of it. You have a daughter that you love and who everyone around here would protect with their lives. Yes, you are now a single mother, but you're not alone. We're all here if you need anything at all. Also, I think your ex-husband is an idiot. Any man would be blessed to be with you, including me," I explained.
Soo Ji-noona was rendered speechless, then I told her, "I'm not expecting an answer right now. I'll be ready for when you do have one."
I bowed and walked away. I checked the time and noticed that I only had 10 minutes left. I rushed back to the practice room. Eunji-noona smiled at me and whispered, "How did it go?"
I shook my head and whispered back, "I managed to render her speechless."
Eunji-noona chuckled, "It's alright. Just give it time. She'll give you an answer when she's ready."
After that, rehearsal continues and we look forward to performing at the American Music Awards.
