(Season 1, Episode 10)
The ALDC girls had finally landed in L.A. Robyn, Nini, and Layla were ecstatic to there. Instead of being in a hotel they were able to go to their house. Since Melissa went back to Pittsburgh to spend time with her boyfriend, the Ziegler kids stayed with them.
Maddie and Kenzie have never seen their L.A. home, so they were very excited to look around. As soon as everyone was settled, Nini immediately grabbed Maddie's hand and showed her every corner of their home. Layla and Kenzie were bored, so they sat in the playroom and watched Good Luck Charlie. While the kids were busy, Robyn and Robert decided to relax in their room.
"Okay! It's time for the last room of our tour!" Nini grinned. "You're going to love it!"
"More than the kitchen?" Maddie raised a brow.
"Definitely!" Nini pulled her into their gym room.
"The gym? That's what I'm going to like more than cabinet full of zebra cakes?"
"Shush! That's not what I'm trying to show you!" Nini playfully shushed her and opened the door that lead to their home studio. Maddie's mouth flew open as she walked inside. "It's huge! It's bigger than the one in your Pittsburgh house!"
Nini giggled. "I know right! If we get solos this week, we can practice here!"
"I hope we get solos." Maddie said. "I hated having the week off. It was sooo boring."
"Me too. I loved having a break, but I missed having solos."
Maddie smiled. "Sameee."
"Girls! Come eat dinner!" Robert called from the kitchen.
"Coming!" The girls said at the same time. They skipped into the kitchen where Robert presented them with pizza that he ordered. "Thanks daddy!" Nini got on her tiptoes and planted a kiss on his cheek.
"Yeah, thank you Mr. Rob!" Maddie said.
"You're welcome girls."Kenzie and Layla the joined them in the kitchen. As the girls ate in the dining room, Robert opened another box of pizza for Robyn. "I got veggie, your favorite!" She gave him a quick peck on the lips. "Thank you baby." She grabbed a slice and took a bite. She immediately gagged after taking a whiff of the green paper. "I can't eat this."
"Are you okay?" Robert asked with concern.
"I'm fine...it's just that these peppers have a horrible smell. Are they bad?"
Robert sniffs the pizza. "I don't smell anything."
"I guess it's just me. My stomach has been so queasy lately and last night I had such a pounding headache."
"I'll make you a doctor's appointment." Robert said.
"No, I'm fine." Robyn waved him off. "I've been taking medicine for my nausea."
"No, you're going. The girls told me how sick you've been these past few weeks. You need to be seen."
"Robert I'm not dying baby."
"Look, I'm just trying to make sure you're okay." He planted a kiss on her lips. "Let me take you to the doctors...please."
Robyn sighed in defeat. "Fine I'll go."
"Perfect because I already made the appointment!" Robert smirked.
"What!"
The husband shrugged. "I made it as soon as the girls told me you weren't feeling well. It's on the twenty-fifth."
"Robert I can't go, I don't want to miss another competition."
"Abby will understand."
"Yes because she's known for being so understanding." Robyn said with her voice dripping with sarcasm.
